| dc.description | This research aimed to comprehensively analyze the experiences of a mother facing the care of your child with Cerebral Palsy (PCI), for which phenomenology was used as a methodological path of qualitative research, based on the ideas of philosopher Martin Heidegger, in his book " Being and Time “. The scenario was the homes of each of the mothers of children with PCI, assistant Basic Study Center Special (BSCS) Pacasmayo, Pacasmayo province, La Libertad department, is in this center were interviewed seven mothers who met the selection criteria and this is where the interviews were scheduled. To collect data, observation and interview techniques were used in depth. The speeches were thoroughly searched obtained for analysis and thus understand the essence of the phenomenon. In the first analysis, meaning 4 units were built, then we proceeded to the vagus analysis and medium to finally reach the hermeneutical analysis. The findings indicate that these mothers went through very difficult times but thanks to family support and his partner could get ahead in life, and they will feel satisfied with each child's progress with PCI. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar comprensivamente las vivencias que tiene la madre frente al cuidado de su hijo con Parálisis Cerebral Infantil (PCI), para lo cual se utilizó la fenomenología como trayectoria metodológica de la investigación cualitativa, basada en las ideas del filósofo Martin Heidegger, en su obra “SER Y TIEMPO”. El escenario fue los hogares de cada una de las madres con hijos con PCI, asistente al Centro de Estudio Básico Especial (CEBE) – Pacasmayo, Provincia de Pacasmayo, Departamento La Libertad, es en este centro se entrevistaron a 7 madres que cumplieron con los criterios de selección y es aquí donde se programaron las entrevistas. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizaron las técnicas de observación y entrevista en profundidad. Los discursos obtenidos fueron registrados minuciosamente para su análisis y así comprender la esencia del fenómeno. En el primer momento de análisis, se construyeron 4 unidades de significado, luego se procedió al análisis vago y mediano, para finalmente llegar al análisis hermenéutico. Los hallazgos indican que estas madres pasaron por momentos muy difíciles pero gracias al apoyo familiar y de su pareja pudieron salir adelante en la vida, además de que ellas se sienten satisfechas con cada progreso de su hijo con PCI. El Dasein de estas madres es el ser-en-el mundo que se divide en el ser-mujer y ser-madre, y es aquí donde pese a las dificultades, incertidumbres y temores que vivieron, es decir una vida inauténtica, pero luego de la “caída” se lanzan al mundo y aprenden a sobrellevar la situación y cumplir su rol de madre, dedicándose al cuidado de sus hijos. | es_PE |
