dc.descriptionThe present investigation was performed in the fundo Los Sauces, located in Macabí Alto district Rázuri, Ascope province, La Libertad region. In a field of asparagus 12 years old with the variety UC - 157 F2 driven with irrigation by gravity. The study had as objective to determine the level of infective juveniles of Heterorhabditis spp that present greater control of Proarna bergii in asparagus. Was used, the design of blocks complete at random, with three treatments and three repetitions. The treatments used were: 60,000 infective juveniles (IJs) / m linear (T1), 120,000 IJs / m linear (T2), and a witness (T0) without application of infective juveniles of Heterorhabditis. Is performed three weekly applications and the evaluations of applications per month by collecting all the nymphs of the Proarna bergii of the soil pits. From the material of field, in the laboratory is performed infestations in Galleria mellonella to verify the presence of entomopathogenic nematode. The statistical evaluation was based on analysis of variance; and the Tukey test at 0.01% level. The results no showed statistical difference between the treatments in study, the application 120 000 JI / m linear Heterorhabditis spp. reached 16.02% Proarna bergii control in the cultivation of asparagus at Macabi alto, La Libertades_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación, se realizó en el fundo Los Sauces, localizado en Macabí Alto, distrito de Rázuri, provincia de Ascope, región La Libertad. En un campo de espárrago de 12 años de edad con la variedad UC – 157 F2 conducido con riego por gravedad. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de juveniles infectivos de Heterorhabditis spp que presente mayor control de Proarna bergii en espárrago. Se empleó el diseño de bloques completos al azar, con tres tratamientos y tres repeticiones. Los tratamientos usados fueron: 60 000 juveniles infectivos (JIs)/m lineal (T1), 120 000 JIs/m lineal (T2), y un testigo (T0) sin aplicación de juveniles infectivos de Heterorhabditis. Se realizó tres aplicaciones semanales y las evaluaciones al mes de las aplicaciones recogiendo todas las ninfas de Proarna bergii de las calicatas. A partir del material de campo, en laboratorio se realizaron infestaciones en Galleria mellonella para verificar la presencia del nemátodo entomopatógeno. La evaluación estadística fue en base al análisis de varianza; y, a la prueba de Tukey al 1% de significancia. Los resultados no mostraron diferencia estadística entre los tratamientos en estudio, la aplicación de 120 000 JI/m lineal de Heterorhabditis spp. alcanzó en promedio 16.02 % de control de Proarna bergii en el cultivo de espárrago en Macabí alto, La Libertad.es_ES
