dc.descriptionThis Study started of interested to investigate about the perspection that multiprofessional team of health has about the professional of nursing in a public hospital of Tumbes. The research of qualitative nature was developed using the phenomenologic approaching in the perspective of Martin Heidegger. members of the multiprofessional team participated as subjects of research, among them, physicians, obstetricians, nursing administrators, for the size for sample, it was used the saturating of the speeches. This analysis allowed the construction of Inine significance unites, which revealed the perception of the members of multiprofessional team of heath about the professional of nursing shoving it as existing of non-authentic way, marked by impersonal. It is considered a re- approaching in the assistance for the formation of the future professionals of nursinges_ES
dc.description.abstractEl estudio partió del interés de investigar acerca de la percepción que tiene el equipo multiprofesional de salud acerca del Profesional de Enfermería en un Hospital Público de Tumbes. La investigación de naturaleza cualitativa fue desarrollada utilizando el abordaje fenomenológico en la perspectiva de Martín Heidegger. Participaron como sujetos de investigación miembros del equipo multiprofesional entre ellos médicos obstetrices, técnicos de enfermería y administrativos; que fueron obtenidos a través de la saturación de los discursos. El análisis permitió la construcción de nueve unidades de significado, Los cuales develaron la percepción de los miembros del equipo multiprofesional de salud acerca del profesional de enfermería mostrándolo como siendo de forma inauténtica, con la posibilidad de ser autentico. Se considera un replanteamiento en las interacciones de la academia con la asistencia para la formación de futuros profesionales de enfermería.es_ES
