| dc.description | This project seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of installing an agrochemical container recycling plant through a pre-feasibility study, which includes location, infrastructure, equipment and production process factors, in the province of Trujillo in 2013. This project arises as a response to care for the environment and reuse agroindustrial containers and generate income from the reuse of these. The project begins with a market study that was carried out as a benchmarking of the Trujillo market (La Libertad) to estimate the supply and demand projections, and later determine the unsatisfied demand, and directed to the project. Then we proceeded to carry out a technical study that allowed us to determine the optimal location, the sizing of the plant, the production process and the requirement of equipment, materials, technicians and human resources for startup. In the economic and financial evaluation of the project, a total investment of $507,038.00 is determined, in addition, the economic and financial cash flows were prepared to later carry out the calculation and analysis of the main indicators such as: Net Present Value (VAN), Internal Rate of Return (IRR. Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C) and the Recovery Period (Payback), which allowed evaluating the profitability of the investment. | dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN El presente proyecto busca demostrar la viabilidad de la instalación de una planta de reciclaje de envases agroquímicos mediante un estudio de pre factibilidad, el cual comprende factores de ubicación, infraestructura, equipos y proceso productivo,en la provincia de Trujillo en el año 2013. Este proyecto surge como respuesta a cuidar el medio ambiente y reutilizar los envases de las agroindustriales y generar ingresos de la reutilización de estos. El proyecto se inicia con un estudio de mercado que se realizó como un benchmarking del mercado de Trujillo (La Libertad) para estimar las proyecciones de oferta y demanda, y posteriormente determinar la demanda insatisfecha, y dirigida al proyecto. Luego se procedió a realizar un estudio técnico que permitió determinar la ubicación optima, el dimensionamiento de la planta, el proceso productivo y el requerimiento de equipos, materiales, técnicos y recurso humano para la puesta en marcha. En la evaluación económica y financiera del proyecto se determina una inversión total de $507,038.00, además se elaboraron los flujos de caja económicos y financieros para posteriormente realizar el cálculo y análisis de los principales indicadores como: Valor Actual Neto (VAN), Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR. Relación Beneficio – Costo (B/C) y el Período de Recuperación (Payback), los cuales permitieron evaluar la rentabilidad de la inversión. Finalmente se concluyó que el proyecto es viable económica y financieramente de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos. | es_PE |
