dc.descriptionIn the Poderosa Mining Company, the present project is realized with the purpose of diminishing the accidents doing a safe work, allowing to improve its production and therefore its profitability. In the exploitation method that is currently being used (horizontal slices), a series of accidents of different types have occurred, due to the fact that the personnel does not comply with the standards, norms, procedures, etc. Which come to be the operational controls that do not allow the occurrence of incidents / accidents. This research work seeks a solution to this problematic reality, for which an update of the standards, procedures, iperc base, etc. was made. So that the new operational controls are adjusted to the labor reality and that these generate in the personnel a culture of prevention, providing a safe work environment. By correctly applying the operational controls it has been possible to minimize 40% the accidents / incidents in the exploitation method mentioned above.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEn la Empresa Minera Poderosa, se realiza el presente proyecto con la finalidad disminuir los accidentes realizando un trabajo seguro, permitiendo mejorar su producción y por ende su rentabilidad. En el método de explotación que se viene utilizando actualmente (tajadas horizontales), han ocurrido una serie de accidentes de diferentes tipos, debido a que el personal no cumple con los estándares, normas, procedimientos, etc. Los cuales vienen a ser los controles operacionales que no permiten la ocurrencia de incidentes/accidentes. El presente trabajo de investigación busca una solución ante esta realidad problemática, para lo cual se hizo una actualización de los estándares, procedimientos, iperc base, etc. Para que los nuevos controles operacionales se ajusten a la realidad laboral y que éstos generen en el personal una cultura de prevención, brindando un ambiente de trabajo seguro. Al aplicar correctamente los controles operacionales se ha logrado minimizar en un 40% los accidentes/incidentes en el método de explotación mencionado líneas arriba.es_PE
