dc.descriptionThe objective of the research work, the design of PE-AL-PE material pipe installations for the domestic use of dry natural gas as an alternative to the most economical source of energy, following the regulations of the NTP-N ° 111.011- 2014. To achieve this, we studied the problematic reality of the distribution of dry natural gas in the northern region for residential installations and the design parameters that involve the assembly of a network of PE-PE PE pipes, for which purpose it was identified and qualified. The various accessories and tools for installation according to the Peruvian Technical Standard NTP.111.011. The assembly was carried out at the facilities of the Senati-Trujillo technical training center, which set up a 3-room or multi-room workshop for the installation of the various devices for dry natural gas. For the design and selection of pipes for dry natural gas, the use of tables where tabulen lengths, pressure drops and commercial diameters were arranged, in this way avoid being redundant in the calculations and commercial values are obtained. The requirements that the installers have for natural gas were evaluated, being these classified in IG1, IG2 and IG3 being registered by Osinergmin.es_PE
dc.description.abstractComo objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación, se ha establecido el diseño para instalaciones de tuberías de material PE-AL-PE para uso doméstico del gas natural seco como una alternativa de fuente de energía más económica, siguiendo los reglamentos de la NTP- N° 111.011-2014. Para lograrlo se estudió la realidad problemática de la distribución del gas natural seco en la región norte para instalaciones de uso residencial y los parámetros de diseño que involucran el montaje de una red de tuberías de material PE AL PE, para lo cual se identificó y habilito los diversos accesorios y herramientas para la instalación de acuerdo a la Norma Técnica Peruana NTP.111.011. El montaje se realizó en las instalaciones del centro de capacitación técnica Senati –Trujillo, el cual se ambiento un taller de 3 recintos o cuartos para la instalación de los diversos artefactos para gas natural seco. Para el diseño y selección de tuberías para gas natural seco, se dispuso el uso de tablas donde se tabulen longitudes, caídas de presión y los diámetros comerciales, de esta forma se evitan ser redundante en los cálculos y se obtiene valores comerciales. Se evaluó los requisitos que debe contar los instaladores para gas natural, siendo estos clasificados en IG1, IG2 e IG3 siendo registrados por Osinergmin. Por último se determinó que al emplear el gas natural seco como fuente de combustible para uso doméstico se logra un ahorro de 21 soles con respecto al balón de GLP y 86 soles con respecto a la electricidad en promedio al mes.es_PE
