Abstract
El presente informe tuvo como objetivo evaluar el consumo y la optimización de antineoplásicos en la Unidad Técnica Funcional de Farmacotecnia del Servicio de Farmacia del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas - Norte, enero-diciembre 2015. La información fue extraída del ordenador como base datos perteneciente a la Unidad del Servicio de Farmacia del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas - Norte. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que durante el año 2015 la Unidad Técnica Funcional de Farmacotecnia consumio 14 368 unidades de medicamentos antineoplásicos, que corresponde a un monto de S/.1 862 740.81. Por otra parte optimizó 1 147 unidades de antineoplásicos, que corresponde a un monto de S/.145 224.50. El porcentaje de optimización de antineoplásicos en unidades fue 7.39% y en monto de dinero fue 7.23%. El antineoplásico con mayor optimización en unidades fue ciclofosfamida de 200 mg con 161 unidades y el antineoplásico que genero mayor optimización en monto fue el trastuzumab con un monto de S/.124 755.90

The present report aimend to evaluate the consumption and optimization of antineoplastics in the Pharmaceutical Functional Technical Unit of the Pharmacy Service of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases - North, January - december 2015. The information was extracted from the computer as a database belonging to the Unit of the Pharmacy Service of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases - North.The results obtained show that the Functional Technical Unit of Pharmacotechnics during the year consumed 14,368 units of antineoplastic drugs, corresponding to an amount of S/. 1 862 740.81. On the other hand, it optimized 1 147 units of antineoplastics, corresponding to an amount of S/.145 224.50. The percentage of optimization of antineoplastics in units was 7.39% and in amount of money was 7.23%. The antineoplastic with greater optimization in units was cyclophosphamide of 200 mg with 161 units and the antineoplastic that generated greater optimization in amount was the trastuzumab with an amount of S/.124 755.90
