dc.descriptionThe present research work details the management tools in occupational safety and health, for the company CHC Engineers, for this different tool used for this process are described, it has been prepared as part of the proposal, formats related to compliance with the standard ISO 45001:2018, obtaining the alignment percentage of implementing a management system under this standard, likewise, the main labor problems have been determined through an IPERC matrix. In the same way, the problem of the culture of prevention is detailed, by proposing various tools such as Frank Bird's Causal Chain Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto, written safe work procedures (PETS), hazard identification procedure and formats. audit. This work addresses the problems that companies have when implementing occupational health and safety programs and mechanisms and their impact on company productivity. It also establishes the most frequent incidents, failures, causes and work factors, unsafe acts in the safety and health at work of the CHC Engineers company.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación detalla las herramientas de gestión en la seguridad y salud ocupacional, para la empresa CHC Ingenieros, para esto se describen diferentes herramientas utilizadas para este proceso, se ha elaborado como parte de la propuesta, formatos relacionados al cumplimiento de la norma ISO 45001:2018 obteniéndose el porcentaje de alineamiento de implementarse un sistema de gestión bajo esta norma, asimismo, se han determinado los principales problemas laborales mediante una matriz IPERC. De igual manera se detalla la problemática sobre la cultura de prevención, al plantear diversas herramientas tales como Análisis de la Cadena Causal de Frank Bird, Diagrama de Ishikawa, Pareto, procedimientos escritos de trabajo seguro (PETS), procedimiento de identificación de peligros y formatos de auditoría. Este trabajo afronta la problemática que tienen las empresas al implementar mecanismos y programas de seguridad y salud ocupacional y su impacto en la productividad de la empresa. También establece las incidencias más frecuentes, fallas, causas y factores de trabajo, actos inseguros en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo de la empresa CHC Ingenieros.es_PE
