dc.descriptionABSTRACT This descriptive qualitative research had as objective to describe the family blood solidarity of the AIDS patient, and the role of the nurse in the patient care. The study was carried out at the Trujillo Regional Hospital, Peru -2016. Participants were three families where two members of each family were interviewed doing the information triangulation to find discourses similarities and differences based on Morin, Maturana, Duvignaud, Epictetus and Boff: which were the authors who offered the theoretical contribution of the study. The findings reported the following empirical categories: (a) Blood Solidarity, (b) family Metamorphosis, (c) The Struggle for life - death. Also the data analysis allowed setting up the Symbiosis as the largest category: Patient - Family - Nurse, in the care. This is, providing nursing care in the individual and collective level by creating conditions to cope with the changes of style and the life quality of the families of the AIDS patient.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN Esta investigación cualitativa descriptiva tuvo como objetivo describir la solidaridad de sangre de la familia en el paciente con SIDA, y el papel de la enfermera en el cuidado. El estudio se realizó en el Hospital Regional de Trujillo, Perú, 2016. Los participantes fueron tres familias, se entrevistaron a dos miembros de cada familia realizando la triangulación de la información para obtener semejanzas y diferencias de los discursos basados en Morín, Maturana, Duvignaud, Epicteto y Boff: que fueron los autores que ofrecieron el aporte teórico del estudio. Los hallazgos reportan las siguientes categorías empíricas: a) Solidaridad de sangre, b) Metamorfosis familiar c) La Lucha por la vida – Muerte. El análisis de los datos permitió configurar la categoría mayor de la Simbiosis: Paciente - Familia – Enfermera, en el cuidado. Esto es que se brinde cuidado de enfermera en el plano individual y colectivo creando condiciones para afrontar los cambios de estilo y la calidad de vida, de las familias del paciente con SIDA.es_PE
