Abstract
El presente informe tuvo como objetivo determinar la frecuencia de dengue en pacientes que acudieron al Laboratorio Quintanilla de Trujillo, febrero 2017- febrero 2018, contándose con 37 pacientes con exámenes de dengue positivo utilizando el método inmunoensayo de flujo lateral, considerando: grupo etario, género, meses y criterios serológicos; el método fue descriptivo y de corte transversal. La frecuencia de dengue según: sexo fue mayor en varones que en mujeres, 54,1% y 45,9 % respectivamente; grupo etario, mayor entre 27-59 años 45,9% del total, en varones y mujeres 24,3% y 21,6% respectivamente. Según meses del año, la mayor incidencia fue en Junio 37,8% del total, siendo en varones y mujeres 18,9% cada uno, seguido de Julio 21,6% del total, en varones y mujeres 16,2% y 5,4% respectivamente. Según criterios serológicos, en el Antígeno NS1 positivo fue mayor 28,80%, en varones 15,30% y mujeres 13.50%. Anticuerpo IgM negativo 19,80% y positivo de 13,50%; en varones 8,10 % y mujeres 5,40 %. El Anticuerpo IgG positivas 10 personas 9%, IgG negativas 27 personas 24,3%. La frecuencia en IgG positivo en varones 5,40% contrapuesto a mujeres 3,60%. Se concluye que durante el periodo de estudio, se observó un incremento progresivo de casos de dengue reportados

The purpose of this report was to determine the frequency of dengue in patients who attended the Quintanilla de Trujillo Laboratory, February 2017-February 2018, with 37 patients with positive dengue tests using the lateral flow immunoassay method, considering: age group, gender , months and serological criteria; the method was descriptive and cross-sectional. The frequency of dengue according to: sex was higher in males than in females, 54.1% and 45.9% respectively; age group, aged between 27-59 years, 45.9% of the total, in men and women, 24.3% and 21.6%, respectively. According to months of the year, the highest incidence was in June 37.8% of the total, being 18.9% each in men and women, followed by 21.6% of the total in July, and 16.2% in men and women. , 4% respectively. According to serological criteria, the NS1 positive antigen was higher in 28.80%, in men 15.30% and women 13.50%. ; Negative IgM antibody 19.80% and positive of 13.50%; in males 8.10% and women 5.40%.
