dc.descriptionThe present study was realized by the purpose of identifying, of analyzing and of classifying the potential drug interactions medicamentosas that there occurs in the Unit of Intermediate Care 7B UCIN of the National Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins in the between months of July a December 2007. The information was gathered checking the informatic records of 405 patients hospitalized in the above mentioned service of which, after applying the criteria of selection there were considered inside the study 207 taken patients of a random way. There took in account criteria of inclusion and exclusion for the selection of the patients and for the detection and evaluation of the potential interactions used the Bibliographical - analytical method, Next, one proceeded to the identification, classification and determination of the clinical significancia using Drug Interaction Facts 4.0 as principal bibliographical source, 486 interactions were detected drug potential in 69.57 % of patients of which 53.03 % corresponds to interactions of type pharmacokinetic and 21.21% a pharmacodynamic.af well its was determinated that the biggest percentage of interactions presented a clinical significancia of 4 (29.22 %), being phenytoin and chloride of potassium - captopril the drug interactions potential more frequent during the period of studyes_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se realizó con la finalidad de identificar, analizar y clasificar las potenciales interacciones medicamentosas que ocurren en la Unidad de Cuidados Intermedios 7B UCIN del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins en los meses Julio a Diciembre del año 2007. Se recolectó la información revisando los registros computarizados de 405 pacientes hospitalizados en dicho servicio del cual, luego de aplicar los criterios de selección se consideró dentro del estudio a 207 pacientes tomados de manera aleatoria. Se tomaron en cuenta criterios de inclusión y exclusión para la selección de los pacientes y para la detección y evaluación de las potenciales interacciones se utilizó el método Bibliográfico-Analítico, se procedió a la identificación, tipificación y determinación de la significancia clínica usando el Drug Interaction Facts 4.0 como principal fuente bibliográfica. Se detectaron 486 interacciones medicamentosas potenciales en el 69.57% de pacientes de los cuales el 53.03 % corresponden a interacciones de tipo farmacocinéticas y 21.21% a farmacodinámicas. Así mismo, se determinó que el mayor porcentaje de interacciones presentaron una significancia clínica de 4 (29.22%), siendo ranitidina-fenitoína y cloruro de potasio – captopril las interacciones medicamentosas potenciales más frecuentes durante el periodo de estudioes_ES
