dc.descriptionThis thesis project entitled "Web system to streamline operational project management software company Software Factory Consortium" born against the need to solve the problem of continuous hardships receives Fabrica Software Consortium for breach of deliver the product on the date agreed with the customer SUNAT (external customer). This thesis aims to show that you can streamline operational project management software company Software Factory Consortium, which will significantly reduce the time of the tasks in the process; specifically reduce time in finding activities assigned to employees, reduce the time in the exchange of deliverables (documentation and software) between the work teams (team analysis, design, development and quality) and also improve the level of satisfaction employees of the company Fabrica Software Consortium (internal customer). A turn for the realization of this thesis project is provided that all of the components used are reusable and free software, the development methodology software engineering agile, have an adequate level of programming knowledge and database, this in order to reduce development costs to a minimum. The web system was developed using the XP methodology is divided into 4 phases: planning, design, implementation and testing. The benefit of using this methodology is its incredible capacity to respond to unforeseen and great for extremely small teams that focus on a single customer. As a result of the thesis project we can conclude that by implementing the web system is achieved streamline operational project management software company Software Factory Consortium which results in delivering software products within the deadline agreed.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de tesis titulado: “Sistema web para agilizar la gestión operativa de los proyectos de software en la empresa Consorcio Fábrica de Software” nace frente a la necesidad de solucionar el problema de continuas penalidades que recibe Consorcio Fabrica de Software por el incumplimiento de entregar el producto en la fecha pactada con el cliente SUNAT (Cliente externo). Dicha tesis tiene la finalidad de demostrar que se puede agilizar la gestión operativa de los proyectos de software en la empresa Consorcio Fábrica de Software, lo que reducirá notablemente los tiempos de las tareas en los procesos; específicamente reducirá el tiempo en la búsqueda de actividades asignadas a colaboradores, reducirá el tiempo en el intercambio de entregables (documentación y software) entre los equipos de trabajo (equipo de análisis, diseño, desarrollo y calidad) y además mejorará el nivel de satisfacción de los colaboradores de la empresa Consorcio Fabrica de Software (cliente interno). A su vez para la realización del presente proyecto de tesis se ha dispuesto que la totalidad de los componentes utilizados sean reutilizables y de software libre, que la metodología de desarrollo de la ingeniería de software sea ágil, tener un nivel adecuado de conocimientos en programación y base de datos, esto con el fin de reducir los costos de desarrollo al mínimo. El sistema web fue desarrollado utilizando la metodología XP que se divide en 4 fases: planificación, diseño, implementación y pruebas. El beneficio de utilizar esta metodología es su increíble capacidad de respuesta ante imprevistos y es estupendo para equipos extremadamente pequeños que se centran en un solo cliente. Como resultado del proyecto de tesis podemos concluir que mediante la implementación del sistema web se logra agilizar la gestión operativa de los proyectos de software en la empresa Consorcio Fábrica de Software lo que trae como consecuencia entregar los productos de software dentro de la fecha limite pactada.es_PE
