dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como objeto determinar los factores asociados al comportamiento agresivo de estudiantes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Jesús Nazareno de la ciudad de Chocope, provincia de Ascope, departamento La Libertad, matriculados en el año 2018; definiendo al comportamiento agresivo como un conjunto de patrones de actividad que pueden manifestarse con intensidad variable, que van desde los gestos o expresiones verbales que aparecen en el curso de cualquier conversación, hasta los golpes físicos. Esta investigación es de tipo explicativa, aplicada y de corte transversal. Se contó con una muestra de 111 estudiantes, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó estadística descriptiva y método multivariado de Regresión Logística Binaria, el cual permitió obtener los factores que están influyendo en el comportamiento agresivo de los estudiantes. Se concluyó que el factor demográfico (sexo), familiar (el haber sido sometido a maltrato físico y/o psicológico por parte de sus padres), educativos (los castigos o sanciones cuando hay conflictos de convivencia en la institución, la existencia de alumnos conflictivos que no respetan la autoridad de los profesores, el haber tenido problemas de comportamiento en la institución y los problemas para concentrarse cuando estudia) y sociales (romper sus propias cosas o la de otros cuando está enojado(a) y el uso de alcohol o drogas por parte de personas cercanas) son factores asociados al comportamiento agresivo, es decir, dichos factores están afectando de manera significativa el comportamiento agresivo de los estudianteses_PE
dc.description.abstract Abstract The present study aims to determine the factors associated with the aggressive behavior of high school students from the Jesús Nazareno Educational Institution in the city of Chocope, Ascope province, La Libertad department, enrolled in 2018; defining aggressive behavior as a set of patterns of activity that can manifest themselves with variable intensity, ranging from gestures or verbal expressions that appear in the course of any conversation, to physical blows. This research is explanatory, applied and cross-sectional. There was a sample of 111 students, to whom two questionnaires were applied. For the data analysis, descriptive statistics and the multivariate method of Binary Logistic Regression were used, which allowed obtaining the factors that are influencing the aggressive behavior of the students. It was concluded that the demographic factor (sex), family (having been subjected to physical and / or psychological abuse by their parents), educational (punishments or sanctions when there are conflicts of coexistence in the institution, the existence of conflictive students who do not respect the authority of teachers, having had behavioral problems in the institution and problems concentrating when studying) and social problems (breaking their own things or that of others when angry (a) and the use of alcohol or drugs by close people) are factors associated with aggressive behavior, that is, these factors are significantly affecting the aggressive behavior of students
