Abstract
La presente investigación cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación que existe entre los riesgos ocupacionales: riesgos biológicos, riesgos químicos, riesgos ergonómicos y riesgos psicológicos y la edad del personal de enfermería en unidad de cuidados intensivos de un Hospital de Trujillo. Metodológicamente, se aplicó el enfoque cuantitativo correlacional de tipo transversal, tuvo como muestra a 22 enfermeros en el nosocomio antes señalado, como resultados tenemos que, el 36.36% su nivel de riesgo es moderado y son profesionales que están dentro del rango de edades que va de 36 a 45 años, el 18.18% su nivel de riesgo es moderado y son profesionales que están dentro del rango de edades que va de 46 a más años, el 18.18% su nivel de riesgo es leve y son profesionales que están dentro del rango de edades que va de 25 a 35 años de edad, se concluyó que, sí existe relación significativa entre nivel de riesgo ocupacional y grupos edades en el personal de enfermería en UCI, mediante la prueba estadística Chi cuadrada a un nivel de significancia del 5%, con un p=0.029
