Abstract
Se investigó el manejo reproductivo, crecimiento y sobrevivencia de alevinos de Oncorhynchus mykiss en el Centro Piscícola de Motil - La Libertad, Perú. Se evaluó el manejo de los reproductores de O. mykiss con la base de datos del 2016 – 2018, la reproducción se realizó con 675 machos y 717 hembras mediante el método mixto, la proporción sexual fluctuó de 1:0,6 a 1:2,2 en el 2017 y de 1:1 en el 2016 y 2018. El crecimiento de alevines de trucha a los 3 meses y veinte días fue menor a los 10 cm y la tasa de crecimiento específico estuvo en el rango de 2 a 6 %día-1, mientras que la mortalidad de los alevinos fue 39,2%. Se concluye que en el Centro Piscícola de Motil el manejo reproductivo O. mykiss se realizó con truchas de 2 a 5 años con pesos entre 0,54 y 1,23 Kg en el periodo 2016 – 2018, el aporte en volumen de ovas fue de 74,5 a 136,75 L y el diámetro de estas fueron entre 4 y 5 mm. Además, el crecimiento promedio de los alevinos a los tres meses y veinte días fue 3,4 g y 6,9 cm y la tasa de crecimiento específico fue de 3%día-1 con una supervivencia de 60,8 %.
Description
The reproductive management, growth and survival of fingerlings of Oncorhynchus mykiss was investigated in the Motil Fish Center – La Libertad, Peru. The management of the O. mykiss broodstock was evaluated with the 2016 - 2018 database, the reproduction was carried out with 675 males and 717 females using the mixed method, the sexual proportion fluctuated from 1:0,6 to 1: 2,2 in 2017 and 1:1 in 2016 and 2018. The growth of trout fingerlings at 3 months and 20 days was less than 10 cm and the specific growth rate was in the range of 2 to 6%day-1, while the mortality of the fingerlings was 39,2%. It is concluded that in the Motil Fish Center the reproductive management O. mykiss was carried out with trout from 2 to 5 years old with weights between 0,54 and 1,23 Kg in the period 2016 - 2018, the contribution in volume of eggs was of 74,5 to 136.75 L and the diameter of these varied between 4 and 5 mm. Besides, the average growth of the alevins at three months and twenty days was 3,4 g and 6,9cm and the specific growth rate was 3% day-1 with a survival of 60,8%.
