dc.descriptionThe research entitled "Diagnosis of evaluation of the profile of the entry and graduation of the Professional School of Initial Education of the National University of Trujillo, in the academic year 2015" aims to diagnose the profile of the entry and graduate of the Professional School of Initial Education, according to the results obtained in the exam of beginning and end of race._x000D_ The research is descriptive - diagnostic, with a sample of 43 admissions and 42 graduates of the career of Initial Education, in the year 2015._x000D_ The results obtained in the exam of beginning of race and end of race allowed us to analyze the profile of the incoming and the graduated, arriving at the final conclusion that:_x000D_ The evaluation of the profile of the entrant in 83.7% is regular, indicating that the students did not reach the profile of the entry of the race, reason why a leveling program is proposed to reach the basic competences._x000D_ To himself the evaluation of the profile of the graduate when obtaining an average of 59.5%, indicates that the students of fifth year did not reach an optimal level of the academic competences necessary for a professional, reason why an update workshop is proposed To future graduateses_PE
dc.description.abstractLa investigación titulada “Diagnóstico de evaluación del perfil del ingresante y del egresado de la Escuela Profesional de Educación Inicial de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, en el año académico 2015” tiene como objetivo diagnosticar el perfil del ingresante y del egresado de la Escuela Profesional de Educación Inicial, según los resultados obtenidos en el examen de inicio y de fin de carrera._x000D_ La investigación es de tipo descriptiva – diagnóstica, con una muestra de 43 ingresantes y 42 egresadas de la carrera de Educación Inicial, en el año 2015._x000D_ Los resultados obtenidos en el examen de inicio de carrera y final de carrera nos permitieron analizar el perfil del ingresante y del egresado, llegando a la conclusión final que:_x000D_ La evaluación del perfil del ingresante en un 83.7% es regular, indicando que los estudiantes no alcanzaron el perfil del ingresante de la carrera, por lo que se propone un programa de nivelación para alcanzar las competencias básicas._x000D_ Así mismo la evaluación del perfil del egresado al obtener un promedio de regular en un 59.5%, indica que los estudiantes de quinto año no alcanzaron un óptimo nivel de las competencias académicas necesarias para un profesional, por lo que se propone un taller de actualización a las futuras egresadas.es_PE
