This influences satisfaction and therefore works performance. It is related to the "know how" of management, the behavior of people, with motivation, with the way we work and interact, the interaction of the company, the machines used and the work itself of each . The objective of this research is to determine the influence of Employee Satisfaction on performance of employees in the company Agro San Jacinto SAA in 2014. The research was conducted with a sample of 180 workers planting areas and agricultural enterprise applications Agribusiness San Jacinto. The results allowed us to identify the issues to consider to improve the working environment and thus the work performance of employees. This report in the discussion of results is structured as follows: Chapter I General aspects of the company, Chapter II Chapter III Social Characteristics and discussion of results with respect to the research topic.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se explica la “influencia del clima laboral en el rendimiento laboral de los trabajadores de las áreas de siembra y aplicaciones agrícolas de la empresa Agroindustrias San Jacinto S.A.A, 2014” El clima laboral es considerado como el medio ambiente humano y físico en el que se desarrolla el trabajo cotidiano. Esto influye en la satisfacción y por lo tanto en el rendimiento laboral. Está relacionado con el “saber hacer” del directivo, con los comportamientos de las personas, con la motivación, con la manera de trabajar y relacionarse, la interacción de la empresa, con las maquinas que se utilizan y con el propio quehacer de cada uno. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la influencia del Clima Laboral en el rendimiento de los trabajadores en la empresa Agroindustrias San Jacinto S.A.A en el año 2014. La investigación se realizó con una muestra de 180 trabajadores de las áreas de siembra y aplicaciones agrícolas de la empresa de Agroindustrias San Jacinto. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron identificar los temas a tomar en consideración para mejorar el clima laboral y por ende el rendimiento laboral de los trabajadores. El presente informe en la discusión de resultados se encuentra estructurado de la siguiente forma: En el Capítulo I aspectos generales de la empresa, Capitulo II Características Sociales y Capítulo III discusión de resultados con respecto al tema de investigación.es_ES
