The mixed method was used: quantitative and qualitative, the main technique used was the survey with its respective tabulation, processing and analyzed the results to determine the validity of the hypothesis. According to the results obtained on the basis of the scientific method used, the validity of the hypothesis was established: Financial leasing has a direct and significant influence on the competitiveness of the micro and small footwear company of El Porvenir district. As a final part, the conclusions and recommendations were formulated, one of the most important being that it was confirmed that the most relevant competitiveness factors for the district's micro and small footwear companies are the access to financing and cost reduction, And on a smaller scale, but not less important the price of the product offered. Also the main recommendation was that the banks should adapt the essential characteristics of the micro and small footwear company to the financial leasing offered, to guarantee their access and also give them the opportunity to generate a significant competitiveness.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal determinar de qué manera el leasing financiero influye en la competitividad de la micro y pequeña empresa de calzado del distrito de El Porvenir en el año 2015. La muestra estuvo conformada por 34 micro y pequeñas empresas de calzado formalizadas que pudieran acceder al leasing financiero como forma de financiamiento. Se empleó el método mixto: cuantitativo y cualitativo, la principal técnica utilizada es la encuesta con su respectiva tabulación, procesamiento y se analizaron los resultados para determinar la validez de la hipótesis. Según los resultados obtenidos en base el método científico utilizado se demostró la validez de la hipótesis que establece que: El leasing financiero tiene influencia directa y significativa en la competitividad de la micro y pequeña empresa de calzado del distrito de El Porvenir. Como parte final se formuló las conclusiones y recomendaciones correspondientes, una de las más importantes fue que se confirmó que los factores de competitividad más relevantes para el micro y pequeño empresa de calzado del distrito el porvenir son el acceso al financiamiento y la reducción de costos, y en menor escala, pero no menos importante el precio del producto ofertado. Así mismo la principal recomendación fue que los bancos deberían adaptar las características esenciales de la micro y pequeña empresa de calzado al leasing financiero ofertado, para garantizar su acceso y así mismo darles la oportunidad de generar una competitividad significativa.es_PE
