Abstract
Esta investigación analiza la influencia de las habilidades blandas en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de quinto ciclo de Ingeniería Metalúrgica. 2023. La investigación tiene como objetivos específicos determinar cómo se presentan las aptitudes en los estudiantes de quinto ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería Metalúrgica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, además de, identificar cómo se presenta la participación de los estudiantes de quinto ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería Metalúrgica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Como parte de la población de muestra, se contó con 25 estudiantes de Ingeniería Metalúrgica y los métodos que se emplearon fueron el sintético, deductivo y por último el estadístico. Asimismo, la técnica que se aplicó fue la encuesta, con la finalidad de poder recoger los datos necesarios para el análisis. Al finalizar la investigación se tuvo como resultados que los estudiantes de quinto ciclo de Ingeniería Metalúrgica, desarrollan positivamente sus habilidades, y que deben seguir fortaleciendo y desarrollando sus habilidades blandas porque beneficia sus capacidades comunicativas, su participación, trabajo en equipo y su desenvolviendo académico.
ABSTRACT This research analyzes the influence of soft skills on the academic performance of students in the fifth cycle of Metallurgical Engineering. 2023. The specific objectives of the research are to determine how the skills are presented in the fifth cycle students of the Professional School of Metallurgical Engineering of the National University of Trujillo, in addition to identifying how the participation of the fifth cycle students of the School is presented. Metallurgical Engineering Professional from the National University of Trujillo. As part of the sample population, there were 25 Metallurgical Engineering students and the methods used were synthetic, deductive and finally statistical. Likewise, the technique that was applied was the survey, in order to collect the necessary data for the analysis. At the end of the research, the results were that the students of the fifth cycle of Metallurgical Engineering positively develop their skills, and that they must continue to strengthen and develop their soft skills because they benefit their communication abilities, their participation, teamwork and their academic development.
