dc.descriptionABSTRACT The objective of this research was to determine the Relevance of the curriculum in relation to the competences of the automotive Mechatronics apprentices of the 6th semester of SENATI – ZLL, 2018. For the process, we worked with simple random sampling; the sample consisted of 24 apprentices of automotive mechatronics of the sixth semester, a group that was extracted from a total of 60 students. Data was obtained through the application of a survey for apprentices and for those responsible for the technical area or human resources managers of workshops or companies, who were responsible for qualifying the student with the aforementioned instrument. These were responsible for qualifying the student with the aforementioned instrument. These results were made with the T – Student Scale, which allows the classification of the variable in levels (high, medium and low). The application of the survey made it possible to evaluate the four dimensions that work in the SENATI MODEL or model by competencies (Technical competence, Methodological Competence, Personal Competence and Social Competence), which are implicit in the proposed objectives for said analysis, of which obtained the following: 33% of apprentices have high level in terms of learning and assimilation of the curriculum, 21% with high level in terms of performance of skills in the workshops; it is also obtained that the curriculum is relevant to the labor market and finally if there is significance of the plan in relation to the labor market. As a final result, it was very significant (p<0.01), the relevance between the curriculum of automotive mechatronics of SENATI – ZLL and the competences of the semester VI trainees against the labor market of the Trujillo district automotive park.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la Pertinencia del plan de estudios en relación con las competencias de los aprendices de Mecatrónica automotriz del VI semestre del SENATI - ZLL, 2018. Para el proceso, se trabajó con muestreo aleatorio simple; la muestra estuvo conformada por 24 aprendices de mecatrónica automotriz del sexto semestre, grupo que fue extraído de un total de 60 estudiantes. La obtención de datos se dio a través de la aplicación de una encuesta para aprendices y para los responsables del área técnica o gerentes de recursos humanos de talleres o empresas, quienes se encargaron de calificar al alumno con el instrumento mencionado. Dichos resultados se realizaron con el Baremo T – Student, el cual permite la clasificación de la variable en niveles (alto, medio y bajo). La aplicación de la encuesta permitió evaluar las cuatro dimensiones que se trabaja en el MODELO SENATI o modelo por competencias (Competencia Técnica, Competencia Metodológica, Competencia Personal y Competencia Social), las cuales están implícitas en los objetivos propuestos para dicho análisis, del cual se obtuvo lo siguiente: el 33% de aprendices tienen nivel alto en cuanto al aprendizaje y asimilación del plan de estudios, el 21% con nivel alto en cuanto desempeño de competencias en los talleres; también se obtiene que el plan de estudios si es pertinente para el mercado laboral y por último si existe significatividad del plan en relación al mercado laboral. Como resultado final, fue muy significativo (p< 0.01), la pertinencia entre el plan de estudios de mecatrónica automotriz del SENATI - ZLL y las competencias de los aprendices del VI semestre frente al mercado laboral del parque automotor del distrito de Trujillo.es_PE
