Abstract
La presente investigación para optar el título universitario de Economista, tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la incidencia del comercio informal en las ventas de las micro y pequeñas empresas del distrito de Trujillo, 2019. para lo cual, se formuló el siguiente problema; ¿Cómo incide el comercio informal en las ventas de las micro y pequeñas empresas del distrito de Trujillo, 2019? La presente investigación presentó un diseño descriptivo y correlacional, como muestra de estudio, se contó con 378 micro y pequeñas empresas del distrito de Trujillo. Como instrumento para la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos cuestionarios de 24 y 20 ítems respectivamente, validadas por el Coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach con 0.95 y 0.93 puntos. Posteriormente se realizó una tabulación y asignación de puntajes a los promedios de la información recolectada, discutiendo con las principales teorías y bibliografías referenciadas, se concluyó que: La incidencia del comercio informal en las ventas de las micro y pequeñas empresas del distrito de Trujillo, 2019 es negativa, la relación existente entre el comercio informal y la reducción de ventas en las micro y pequeñas empresas del distrito de Trujillo, 2019, es de 0.98 puntos, con una calificación de “Correlación positiva muy fuerte” en la escala de Spearman, lo que quiere decir que el efecto negativo del comercio informal tiene una correlación directa y significativa en las ventas de las micro y pequeñas empresas del distrito de Trujillo.
ABSTRACT The present investigation to choose the university degree of Economist, had as general objective: To determine the incidence of informal commerce in the sales of micro and small companies of the Trujillo district, 2019. for which, the following problem was formulated; How does informal commerce affect the sales of micro and small businesses in the Trujillo district, 2019? The present investigation presented a descriptive and correlational design, as a study sample, there were 378 micro and small companies in the Trujillo district. As an instrument for data collection, two questionnaires of 24 and 20 items, respectively, were used, validated by Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient with 0.95 and 0.93 points. Subsequently, a tabulation and assignment of scores to the averages of the collected information was carried out, discussing with the main theories and referenced bibliographies, it was concluded that: The incidence of informal trade in the sales of micro and small companies in the Trujillo district, 2019 is negative, the relationship between informal commerce and the reduction of sales in the micro and small enterprises of the Trujillo district, 2019, is 0.98 points, with a rating of "Very strong positive correlation" on the Spearman scale, which which means that the negative effect of informal trade has a direct and significant correlation in the sales of micro and small businesses in the Trujillo district.
