| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar en el marco del programa, la gestión de la atención individualizada en el bienestar laboral del personal del área de mantenimiento de la empresa SIMA - Chimbote, 2024. En el proceso de la presente investigación se trabajó con los métodos Inductivo – Deductivo, Analítico – Sintético y el Método Estadístico. Así mismo se utilizó técnicas de investigación como la encuesta y entrevista que permitieron obtener información cuantitativa y cualitativa, con la finalidad de que el trabajo de investigación se realice un análisis pertinente a la temática de investigación. De igual forma se trabajó con instrumentos como guía de entrevista, registro de entrevista y cuestionario, los cuales han permitido describir cómo se presenta el bienestar laboral de los colaboradores del área de mantenimiento. Los resultados obtenidos determinan que la gestión del programa de atención individualizada promueve el bienestar laboral de los colaboradores del área de mantenimiento, y se evidencia en la motivación que ellos tienen para realizar sus funciones. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The present research was carried out with the objective of analyzing, within the framework of the program, the management of individualized attention in the work well-being of the personnel of the maintenance area of the company SIMA - Chimbote, 2024. In the process of this research, we worked with the Inductive – Deductive, Analytical – Synthetic and the Statistical Method. Likewise, research techniques such as surveys and interviews were used to obtain quantitative and qualitative information, so that the research work carried out an analysis relevant to the research topic. Likewise, we worked with instruments such as an interview guide, interview record and questionnaire, which have made it possible to describe how the work well-being of employees in the maintenance area is presented.
