dc.descriptionThis research work was carried out in the district of Carabamba, province of Julcán, La Libertad region; in a field suitable for Yungay variety potato store. The research aimed to evaluate the effect of three doses of juvenile infectives (Jls) of Heterorhabditis spp. in the control of Phthorimaea operculella in the storage of Solanum tuberosum var. Yungay the treatments were: T0: Witness without application; T1: 1 000 000 Jls / m2; T2: 1 500 000 Jls / m2 and T3: 2 000 000 Jls / m2 of Heterorhabditis spp. A completely randomized design (DCA) with four treatments and four repetitions was used to distribute the treatments. The treatments were applied with a backpack pump, the application was directed to the ground and the tubers. Four applications were made with an interval of 15 days. All doses of infectious juveniles of Heterorhabditis spp., Reduced the damage of the tubers, number of larvae, pupae and adults of Phthorimaea operculella during the storage of potato tubers, highlighting the greater control of the T2 treatment that consisted of the application of 1 500 000JI / m2 of Heterorhabditis spp. The control treatment that presented greater damage and greater infestation of the pest.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el distrito de Carabamba, provincia de Julcán, región La Libertad; en un campo adecuado para almacén de papa variedad Yungay. La investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto de tres dosis de juveniles infectivos (Jls) de Heterorhabditis spp. en el control de Phthorimaea operculella en el almacenamiento de Solanum tuberosum var. Yungay. Los tratamientos fueron: T0: Testigo sin aplicación; T1: 1 000 000Jls/m2; T2: 1 500 000Jls/m2 y T3: 2 000 000Jls/m2 de Heterorhabditis spp. Para la distribución de los tratamientos se empleó un diseño completamente aleatorizado (DCA) con cuatro tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones. Los tratamientos fueron aplicados con una bomba mochila, la aplicación fue dirigida al suelo y a los tubérculos. Se realizaron cuatro aplicaciones con un intervalo de 15 días. Todas las dosis de juveniles infectivos de Heterorhabditis spp., redujeron el daño de los tubérculos, número de larvas, pupas y adultos de Phthorimaea operculella durante el almacenamiento de los tubérculos de papa, destacando el mayor control el tratamiento T2 que consistió en la aplicación de 1 500 000JI/m2 de Heterorhabditis spp. El tratamiento testigo que presento mayor daño y mayor infestación de la plaga.es_PE
