dc.descriptionIn order to verify the effects of including yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) in the diet of Cobb 500 line where he played rearing period 10 to 42 days and age, an investigation was installed in facilities of the experimental field of the Institute of Research and Agricultural Technology Transfer INTTA in Pampas de San Juan, Laredo. the treatments were control treatment (T0), treatment with 0.1% (T1), treated with 0.2% (T2), and treated with 0.3% (T3). The variables evaluated were: carcass characteristics, organ weight, feed intake and total weight gain. The experimental design was used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and 40 repetitions. Each bird was identified with a seal of identification and were grouped into 4 pens, who were administered the supplement according to the schedule for a period of 42 days. Treatment with the best result was obtained was the T2, with which the best results were obtained in terms and weight gain and feed conversion.es_PE
dc.description.abstractCon el objetivo de verificar los efectos de la inclusión de levadura de cerveza (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) en la dieta de pollos de carne de la línea Coob 500 y el desempeñó de este en la crianza durante el periodo de 10 a 42 días de edad, fue conducido un experimento en las instalaciones del campo experimental del Instituto de Investigación y Transferencia de Tecnología Agropecuaria INTTA, en Pampas de San Juan, Laredo, del 18 de julio al 20 de agosto del 2014. Los tratamientos utilizados fueron control (T0), tratamiento con 0.1% (T1), tratamiento con 0.2% (T2), y tratamiento con 0.3% (T3) delevadura de cerveza.Las variables evaluadas fueron: características de carcasa, peso de los órganos nobles, consumo de alimento y ganancia de peso total. Se utilizó el Diseño Completamente Aleatorizado (DCA), con cuatro tratamientos y 40 repeticiones por tratamiento. Cada ave fue identificada con un precinto de identificación y fueron agrupadas en 4 corrales, a quienes se les administró el suplemento de acuerdo con la programación por un período de 42 días. Los tratamientos con los cuales se obtuvieron los mejores resultados en relación alincremento de peso y conversión alimenticiafueron T2, y T3 .es_PE
