Estudio de Prefactibilidad para Determinar la Viabilidad de la Instalación de una Planta Productora de Envases Biodegradables en la Ciudad de Trujillo

| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tiene como propósito evaluar la factibilidad económica, técnica y comercial para la instalación de una planta de producción de envases biodegradables en la ciudad de Trujillo, en la etapa de prefactibilidad. El proyecto comenzó con un análisis de mercado en dicha ciudad, donde se pudo identificar al cliente objetivo, la propuesta de valor y la demanda proyectada a 5 años; asimismo se aplicó el cuestionario HADA para la interiorización de la industria 4.0. Seguidamente se elaboró un estudio técnico para desarrollar la ficha técnica del producto, ubicar la localización óptima de la planta, determinar el proceso productivo de fabricación, hallar la distribución óptima de la planta y la utilización de herramientas de la industria 4.0 en el funcionamiento de la unidad productiva. Posteriormente se detalló la estructura organizacional, así como la evaluación de impacto ambiental del proyecto. Finalmente se realizó una evaluación económica y financiera donde la inversión total del proyecto se determinó en S/ 728,890.34, además de un análisis de sensibilidad. Los indicadores económicos dieron como resultado un VANE positivo de S/ 394,195.55, una TIRE de 37.02% superior al WACC de 20.41%, un PAY BACK E de 2.73 años y un B/C E de S/ 1.54 mientras que de los indicadores financieros se obtuvo un VANF positivo de S/ 287,386.06, una TIRF de 43.57% superior al COK de 26.29%, un PAY BACK F de 2.82 años y un B/C F de S/ 1.66; de esta manera se concluyó que el proyecto es viable económica y financieramente. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to evaluate the economic, technical and commercial feasibility for the installation of a biodegradable packaging production plant in the city of Trujillo, in the pre-feasibility stage. The project began with a market analysis in said city, where the target customer, the value proposition and the projected demand for 5 years could be identified; Likewise, the HADA questionnaire was applied to internalize industry 4.0. Next, a technical study was prepared to develop the technical sheet of the product, locate the optimal location of the plant, determine the manufacturing production process, find the optimal distribution of the plant and the use of industry 4.0 tools in the operation of the plant. productive unit.
