dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis, está orientada a proponer el diseño de un plan estratégico electrónico utilizando las tecnologías de la información y comunicaciones para soportar la gestión de las Mypes del sector manufacturero de Trujillo, innovando sus procesos productivos. Las Mypes en el Perú presentan actualmente las siguientes limitaciones: escasez de la capacidad empresarial (70% de ellas desaparecen al año), acceso limitado al crédito (la mayoría no posee garantías y las instituciones financieras no ofertan productos financieros adecuados para su atención), incipiente desarrollo tecnológico (poseen máquinas y equipos obsoletos), bajo nivel competitivo en el mercado e incipiente tecnología de la información. Las Mypes tienen la ventaja estratégica de su flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a entornos cambiantes (el 40% tiene acceso a Internet, 80% posee comunicación telefónica, el 60% tiene computadoras y utilizan software administrativo para sus procesos, comunicación con proveedores de 46% vía Internet y 2 de cada 100 desarrolla su página WEB), El plan estratégico electrónico de las Mypes en Trujillo diseñado integra el avance de las tecnologías de información como lo demuestra positivamente la presente tesis con otros factores como: la capacitación del gestor, la inversión en tecnología productiva o de servicios, el bajo costo del crédito financiero y la cooperación entre ellas formando sociedades.es_ES
