dc.descriptionDetermine if the scale has changed Montariol effectiveness in diagnosing choledocholithiasis in the Bethlehem Hospital of Trujillo. Material and methods: Diagnostic study, retrospective, observational, in 60 patients with calculus cholecystitis tests. Sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value was calculated. The chi square and area under the curve was applied. Results: The best cutoff score of Montariol was 7; accounting for a sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value of 83 %, 87 %, 70 %, 93 %; respectively. The area under the curve was 0.87. Conclusions: The cutoff of 7 Montariol Score offers the greatest diagnostic value with high statistical significance in relation to choledocholithiasis. The calculated area under the curve gives intermediate diagnostic accuracyes_PE
dc.description.abstractDeterminar si el score de Montariol modificado tiene eficacia en el diagnóstico de coledocolitiasis en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo. Material y métodos: Estudio de pruebas diagnósticas, retrospectivo, observacional, en 60 pacientes con colecistitis calculosa. Se calculo la sensibilidad, especificidad, valor predictivo positivo y negativo. Se aplico el test de chi cuadrado y área bajo la curva. Resultados: El mejor punto de corte del Score de Montariol modificado fue 7 correspondiéndole una sensibilidad, especificidad, valor predictivo positivo y negativo de 83%, 87%, 70%, 93%; respectivamente. El área bajo la curva fue de 0.87. Conclusiones: El punto de corte de 7 del Score de Montariol ofrece la mayor utilidad diagnóstica con gran significancia estadística en relación a coledocolitiasis.
