Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación realizado en la empresa Representaciones y Servicios Fernández E.I.R.L. tiene por objeto analizar la incidencia del análisis financiero en relación a la gestión financiera, a la vez determinar las distintas herramientas financieras que permitan llevar una adecuada administración de los recursos económicos y financieros de la organización; además, analizar las mejoras que traerá consigo la toma de adecuadas medidas relacionadas a la gestión financiera. Además, se utilizará el método Deductivo, puesto que, amplía el conocimiento destinado a buscar soluciones utilizables a la incidencia del análisis financiero de la empresa Representaciones y Servicios Fernández E.I.R.L. en relación a la gestión financiera de la entidad. Por otro lado, en este proyecto se analizará si es que la entidad aplica un adecuado análisis financiero, si se conoce el grado de liquidez, solvencia, endeudamiento y rentabilidad en la que actualmente se encuentran, si se lleva una adecuada gestión financiera, ya que si las personas encargadas de la gestión de la organización no utiliza de manera adecuada los recursos financieros otorgados para su Capital de Trabajo, pues no podrá cumplir con sus objetivos y metas establecidas en la empresa.

The present research work carried out in the company Representations y Services Fernández E.I.R.L. Its purpose is to analyze the impact of financial analysis in relation to financial management, at the same time determine the different financial tools that allow for an adequate administration of the organization's economic and financial resources; In addition, analyze the improvements that will result in taking appropriate measures related to financial management. In addition, the Deductive method will be used, since, it extends the knowledge destined to look for usable solutions to the incidence of the
financial analysis of the company Representations y Services Fernández E.I.R.L. in relation to the financial management of the entity. On the other hand, this project will analyze if the entity applies an adequate financial analysis, if the degree of liquidity, solvency, indebtedness and profitability in which they are currently present is known, if an adequate financial management is carried out, since if the people in charge of the management of the organization do not use the financial resources granted for their Working Capital adequately, because they will not be able to fulfill their objectives and goals established in the company.
