Abstract
Esta tesis que lleva como título: “IMPLEMENTACION DE UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL INTERNO PARA MEJORAR LA GESTION EN EL AREA DE VENTAS EN LA EMPRESA ITTSABUS SRL. La empresa no cuenta con un sistema de control interno que le permita evitar posibles fraudes o equivocaciones ya sea por error u omisión. Fue por tal razón que se hizo necesaria la observación y estudio de control interno en el área de ventas con la finalidad de proponer posibles soluciones o dar algunas recomendaciones para la mejora de dicho control. Para lograr los objetivos planteados en este estudio se llevó a cabo una investigación de campo, con un nivel descriptivo, y se aplicaron técnicas de investigación como la observación directa lo que permitió detectar fallas existentes para poder aportar un poco en la solución del problema. El trabajo de investigación, se basa en la implementación de un sistema de control interno para mejorar la gestión en el área de ventas en la empresa ITTSABUS SRL. Además implementar un sistema de control interno significará asignar de manera formal funciones, políticas y procedimientos en el área de ventas que contribuirán con la reducción de posibilidades de fraude por parte de los counter principalmente o estos confabulados con ciertos clientes; todo ello con la finalidad de lograr mejorar el transito operativo, que finalmente se reflejan en los resultados.

This Thesis is Titled: "IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING MANAGEMENT IN THE AREA OF SALES IN THE ENTERPRISE ITTSABUS SRL not has an internal control system that allows you to prevent fraud or mistakes either error or omission. It was for this reason that the observation and study of internal control in the area of sales in order to propose possible solutions or give some recommendations for improving such control was necessary. To achieve the objectives of this study was conducted field research with a descriptive level, and research techniques were applied as direct observation allowing to detect existing add a bit of problem solving failures. The research is based on the implementation of an internal control system to improve management in the area of sales in the company ITTSABUS SRL. Therefore implement an internal control system for the area in question shows relative importance, being a company that provides various services, is critical to maintaining special treatment both operational and accounting. And is that a system of internal control contributes to the improvement of the company as it creates more and better operating cash flows in the sales process and revenue, contributing to the safeguarding of assets and thus showing a reliable information base for the development and presentation of economic and financial information.
