dc.descriptionThe formless present of thesis titled “IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB INFORMATION SYSTEM TO OPTIMIZE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE AREA OF SALES OF THE BUSINESS VENTURE "LITTLE ANGEL" GIVES CHEPÉN's CITY”, It has been developed in order to be able to demonstrate that it is possible to optimize the Management of the Area of Sales of the Business venture Little angel, by means of the implementation of a web information system achieving hereby that the client could realize his order of tidy form achieving that the information, access, search of the order are realized in a most rapid and efficient way accelerating the sale of the product of a reliable and real time way. The research report realized in the business venture Angelito that it is located in her take care of Chepén which is recognized by the sale of a great range of clothes for ladies and gentlemen. For the accomplishment of this research report surveys and observations have been realized as technologies of summary of information, which served as source of information to determine the scope of the thesis. For the production of the above mentioned work a methodology has been in use very recognized that it was taken in agreement to the scopes that there helped us to be able to achieve what we wish, for it a survey opened Experts was realized, which gave to us as response the use of the methodology RUP, since it is the most effective and arranged to be able to demonstrate the processes of the Business venture. There were analyzed the different processes of the Management of the Area of Sales managing to determine that the principal problem that there is exposed the Business venture Little angel of her take care of Chepén it is his deficient attention that drinks to the client and the lack of communication between the client and other areas of the company for what it gives as result that the client is not satisfied by his attention by his too much late time, disorder and lack of information of the product. We can conclude that with the accomplishment of a web Information system for the improvement of the Management of the Area of Sales it is achieved to have better order of the information of the product and a better attention to the client very rapid, it is projected to improve many Business ventures to optimize his sales.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente informe de tesis titulado “IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN WEB PARA OPTIMIZAR LA GESTIÓN DEL ÁREA DE VENTAS, COMPRAS Y ALMACÉN DE LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL ‘ANGELITO’ DE LA CIUDAD DE CHEPÉN”, ha sido desarrollado con el fin de poder demostrar que se puede optimizar la Gestión del Área de Ventas de la Empresa Comercial Angelito, mediante la implementación de un sistema de información web logrando de esta manera que el cliente pueda realizar su pedido de forma ordenada. Lograr que la información, acceso y búsqueda del pedido se realicen de la manera más rápida y eficiente, acelerando la venta del producto de manera confiable en tiempo real. El informe de investigación se realizó en la empresa Comercial Angelito que está ubicada en la cuidad de Chepén la cual es reconocida por la venta de una gran gama de ropa para damas y caballeros. Para la realización de este informe de investigación se han realizado encuestas y observaciones como técnicas de recopilación de datos, la cuales sirvieron como fuente de información para determinar el alcance de la tesis. Para la elaboración de dicho trabajo se ha utilizado una metodología muy reconocida, la cual nos ayudó a poder lograr lo que deseamos, para ello se realizó una encuesta abierta a Expertos, la cual nos dio como respuesta el uso de la metodología RUP, ya que es la más efectiva y ordenada para poder demostrar los procesos de la Empresa comercial. Se analizó los diferentes procesos de la Gestión del Área de Ventas logrando determinar que el principal problema que está expuesta la Empresa Comercial Angelito de la cuidad de Chepén es su deficiente atención que brinda al cliente y la falta de comunicación entre el cliente y las demás áreas de la empresa por lo que da como resultado que el cliente no esté satisfecho con su atención por su demasiado tiempo tardío, desorden y falta de información del producto. Podemos concluir que con la realización de un Sistema de Información web para la mejora de la Gestión del Área de Ventas se logra tener un mejor orden de la información del producto y una mejor atención al cliente muy rápido, se proyecta para mejorar a muchas Empresas Comerciales para optimizar sus ventas.es_PE
