dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research is to explain the influence of internal corporate social responsibility activities on the social welfare of employees in the administrative area of the Sánchez Ferrer Clinic. The methods used in this research were descriptive, deductive - inductive, and analytical - synthetic; Furthermore, techniques such as observation, interview and survey were used; allowing to obtain data that served to describe, understand, and analyze the variables of the research topic. The object of study was made up of 70 employees who are part of the administrative area of the Sánchez Ferrer Clinic, whose sample was 40 employees between men and women. The results show that the Sánchez Ferrer Clinic executes internal social responsibility activities, with the aim of positively influencing the social well-being of its collaborators. Finally, it should be noted that the main commitment of this thesis is to contribute to the knowledge of the Social Work career, promoting more fields of study within our professional work.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como finalidad explicar la influencia de las actividades de responsabilidad social empresarial interna en el bienestar social de los colaboradores del área administrativa de la Clínica Sánchez Ferrer. Los métodos que se utilizaron en esta investigación fueron el descriptivo, el deductivo – inductivo, y el analítico - sintético; además se usaron técnicas como la observación, entrevista y encuesta; lo cual permitió obtener datos que sirvieron para describir, comprender y analizar las variables del tema de investigación. El objeto de estudio estuvo compuesto por 70 colaboradores que forman parte del área administrativa de la Clínica Sánchez Ferrer, cuyo muestreo fue de 40 colaboradores entre varones y mujeres. Los resultados muestran que la Clínica Sánchez Ferrer ejecuta diversas actividades de responsabilidad social interna, con el objetivo de influir positivamente en el bienestar social de sus colaboradores. Finalmente, cabe resaltar que el compromiso principal de esta tesis, es contribuir al conocimiento de la carrera de Trabajo Social, fomentando más campos de estudio dentro de nuestra intervención profesional.es_PE
