Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación de algunos factores predisposicionales y activadores con el nivel de ansiedad del adulto preoperatorio - Hospital de Huaraz. La investigación fue básica, no experimental y con diseño correlacional descriptivo de corte transversal. La población muestral estuvo constituida por 30 pacientes adultos que se encuentran en el preoperatorio del servicio de cirugía. La técnica fue la entrevista, los instrumentos dos cuestionarios, los cuales fueron sometidos a validez y confiabilidad, el cuestionario de factores predisposicionales y activadores obtuvo un Alpha de Cronbach de 0.85 y para la escala de STAI para evaluar el nivel de ansiedad, obtuvo 0.92. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que, 67% se encuentran en el grupo de edad de 26 a 45 años, 90% de los pacientes no había tenido cirugías previas, 33% de los pacientes fue informado sobre los efectos y el tipo de anestesia que recibirían. Así mismo, 83% de los pacientes preoperatorios presentan un nivel de ansiedad medio y17% bajo. En la prueba de hipótesis, el estadístico de correlación, demuestra que, el coeficiente de correlación es 0,696 y significancia 0,031 (p<0,05), se concluye que, existe relación significativa de algunos factores predisposicionales y activadores en el nivel de ansiedad del adulto preoperatorio - Hospital de Huaraz
The objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between some predispositional and activating factors in the anxiety level of the preoperative adult at the Huaraz hospital. The research was basic, non-experimental and with a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. The sample population consisted of 30 adult patients who are in the preoperative period of the surgery service. The technique was the interview, the instruments were two questionnaires, which were subjected to validity and reliability, the predispositional and activating factors questionnaire obtained a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.85 and for the STAI scale to evaluate the level of anxiety, it obtained 0.92. The results obtained revealed that 67% are in the age group of 26 to 45 years, 90% of the patients had not had previous surgeries, 33% of the patients were informed about the effects and the type of anesthesia they would receive. Likewise, 83% of preoperative patients present a medium level of anxiety and 17% low. In the hypothesis test, the correlation statistic shows that the correlation coefficient is 0.696 and significance 0.031 (p<0.05), it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between some predispositional and activating factors in the level of anxiety. of the preoperative adult - Huaraz hospital
