dc.descriptionThe main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the training program and the productivity of the employees of Banco de Credito del Perú in the district of Trujillo, 2021, for which a quantitative approach research was carried out, with a non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational scope. The sample consisted of 62 employees of the Banco de Credito del Perú in the district of Trujillo and the techniques used were the survey and documentary analysis, also the questionnaire was applied as an instrument, to analyze the reliability of the instrument the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used, whose result showed 0.934, which means that the questionnaire is considered to be reliable. The results show a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.005, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.676, which shows that the level of correlation is moderate positive. It is concluded that there is a moderate positive relationship and significant between the variables training program and productivity of the employees of Banco de Credito del Perú in the district of Trujillo, 2021.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de esta investigación fue determinar la relación del programa de capacitación y la productividad de los colaboradores del Banco de Crédito del Perú del distrito de Trujillo, 2021, para ello se realizó una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y de alcance correlacional. La muestra fue de 62 colaboradores del Banco de Crédito del Perú del distrito de Trujillo y se usó como técnicas a la encuesta y el análisis documental, asimismo se aplicó como instrumento el cuestionario, para analizar la confiabilidad del instrumento se utilizó el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach, cuyo resultado arrojó 0.934, con lo cual se considera que el cuestionario es confiable. Los resultados muestran el nivel de significancia es de 0.000 menor a 0.005, con un coeficiente de Rho de Spearman de 0.676, lo cual se manifiesta que el nivel de correlación es positiva moderada. Se concluye que existe una relación positiva moderada y significativa entre las variables programa de capacitación y productividad de los colaboradores del Banco de Crédito del Perú del distrito de Trujillo, 2021.es_PE
