dc.descriptionThe present paper presents a proposal for the elaboration of a Security Manual where all the corresponding security management tools for the Agroindustrial Processes Engineering Laboratory of the Academic Professional School of Agroindustrial Engineering of the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo Proposal that can be replicated for laboratories. This manual contains the necessary information to carry out a safe and efficient work, contributing to a better performance and greater benefits in laboratories of Agroindustrial Processes, according to the indications of the Law of Occupational Health and Safety (Law 29783), Decree Supreme 005-2012-TR. Its recipients are teachers and researchers, including students, who begin their first experiences in the laboratory. It should also be known by all technical personnel related to laboratory work. In particular, this guide should be read and known by the researchers, students and technical staff who perform their work in the Laboratory of Engineering of Agroindustrial Processes.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo planteo una propuesta para la elaboración de un Manual de Seguridad donde se integraron y adecuaron todas las herramientas de gestión de seguridad correspondientes para el Laboratorio de Ingeniería de Procesos Agroindustriales, de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Ingeniería Agroindustrial de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo propuesta que podrá replicarse para laboratorios similares. Este manual recoge las indicaciones necesarias para llevar a cabo un trabajo seguro y eficiente, contribuyendo a un mejor desempeño y mayores beneficios en los laboratorios de Procesos Agroindustriales, atendiendo a las indicaciones de la Ley de seguridad y salud ocupacional (Ley 29783), el Decreto Supremo 005-2012-TR. Sus destinatarios son los docentes e investigadores, incluidos alumnos, que inician sus primeras experiencias en laboratorio. También debe ser conocida por todo el personal técnico relacionado con el trabajo en laboratorio. En particular, esta guía debe ser leída y conocida por los investigadores, alumnos y personal técnico que realizan su trabajo en el Laboratorio de Ingeniería de Procesos Agroindustriales.es_PE
