dc.descriptionThis study deals with the elements of the cultural identity presented by the inhabitants of the district of Otuzco, province of Otuzco, La Libertad Region, to develop cultural tourism, having as main elements the typical and / or daily gastronomy; elaborated with local inputs, legends, customs and typical costume and / or every day, such as the hat made of reed and palm and poncho which are the items with the greatest value that the residents of the district of Otuzco _x000D_ We used the Ethnographic Method, the Statistical method and the Deductive Hypothetical method, and among its techniques are the signing, survey, interview, direct and indirect observation, with the application of their respective instruments, observation guide, field notebook, camera and the questionnaire. The person in charge of the Executing Unit of the Tourism Department of the Provincial Municipality of Otuzco was interviewed. In addition, 257 residents of the district were surveyed.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEste estudio trata sobre los elementos de la identidad cultural que presentan los pobladores del distrito de Otuzco, provincia de Otuzco, Región La Libertad, para desarrollar el turismo cultural, teniendo como elementos principales la gastronomía típica y/o cotidiana; elaborados con insumos propios de la zona, las leyendas, costumbres y el traje típico y/o cotidiano, como el sombrero confeccionado de junco y de palma y el poncho los cuales son las prendas con significado de mayor valor que manifiestan los pobladores del distrito de Otuzco. _x000D_ Se utilizó el Método Etnográfico, el método Estadístico y el método Hipotético Deductivo, y entre sus técnicas están el fichaje, encuesta, entrevista, observación directa e indirecta, con la aplicación de sus respectivos instrumentos, guía de observación, libreta de campo, cámara fotográfica y el cuestionario. Se entrevistó a la encargada de la Unidad Ejecutora del Área de Turismo de la Municipalidad Provincial de Otuzco. Además, se encuestaron a 257 pobladores del distrito.es_PE
