dc.descriptionABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to demonstrate that the implementation of the Strategic Planning Program improves the functioning of the Educational Institution "Santo Domingo de Guzmán" Chicama - Ascope 2016. It is a quantitative research, with a non - probabilistic sample of 26 teachers and pre - experimental design, and for the collection of data a questionnaire of 88 items was used, disaggregated in 23 for the Direction - Leadership dimension, 38 items for Pedagogical Development - School Coexistence and 27 reserved for the Institutional Support dimension, likewise the Hypothetical - Deductive method was used. Student's t test was used to test the hypothesis, as well as the Pearson correlation coefficient, with a level of significance at 1% and a confidence level at 99%, under these conditions: The functioning of the I.E. was significantly improved. "Santo Domingo de Guzmán" Chicama - Ascope 2016, advancing from the "BAD" level with an average score of 43.00 at the "GOOD" level with an average score of 114.00 points. In the Direction - Leadership dimension it was significantly improved when advancing from the "BAD" level with an average score of 34.00 points at the "GOOD" level with an average score of 91.00 points, and with an existing correlation of 0.87. In the Pedagogical Development - School Coexistence dimension, it was significantly improved when advancing from the "BAD" level with an average score of 57.00 at the "GOOD" level with 147.00 points, and with an existing correlation of 0.81. In the Institutional Support dimension, it was significantly improved when advancing from the "BAD" level with an average score of 38.00 at the "GOOD" level with an average score of 103.00 and with an existing correlation of 0.73.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El propósito de la presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo demostrar que con la aplicación del Programa Planificación Estratégica se mejora el Funcionamiento de la Institución Educativa “Santo Domingo de Guzmán” Chicama – Ascope 2016. Es una investigación cuantitativa, con muestra no probabilística de 26 docentes y de diseño pre – experimental, y para la recolección de datos se ha utilizado un cuestionario de 88 ítems, desagregados en 23 para la dimensión Dirección – Liderazgo, 38 ítems para Desarrollo Pedagógico – Convivencia Escolar y 27 reservado para la dimensión Soporte Institucional, así mismo se empleó el método Hipotético – Deductivo. Se hizo uso de t de Student para comprobar la hipótesis, así como del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, con nivel de significancia al 1% y con nivel de confianza al 99%, en estas condiciones: Se mejoró significativamente el Funcionamiento de la I.E. “Santo Domingo de Guzmán” Chicama – Ascope 2016, al avanzar del nivel “MALO” con un puntaje promedio de 43.00 al nivel “BUENO” con un puntaje promedio de 114.00 puntos. En la dimensión Dirección – Liderazgo se mejoró significativamente al avanzar del nivel “MALO” con puntaje promedio de 34.00 puntos al nivel “BUENO” con puntaje promedio de 91.00 puntos, y con una correlación existente de 0.87. En la dimensión Desarrollo Pedagógico – Convivencia Escolar, se mejoró significativamente al avanzar del nivel “MALO” con puntaje promedio de 57.00 al nivel “BUENO” con 147.00 puntos, y con una correlación existente de 0.81. En la dimensión Soporte Institucional, se mejoró significativamente al avanzar del nivel “MALO” con puntaje promedio de 38.00 a nivel “BUENO” con puntaje promedio de 103.00 y con una correlación existente de 0.73.es_PE
