dc.descriptionThe present study of descriptive correlational research was performed in the Post Anesthesia Recovery Unit of the Hospital Victor Lazarte Echegary between August and December 2016, the sample consisted of 230 patients who met the inclusion criteria for the Data collection were used two instruments: Patient Classification System Instrument elaborated by Perroca and Gaidzinski, (1998) and classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA classification), for the statistical analysis was used the statistical test of independence of Chi - square criteria reaching the following conclusions: 76.96 percent of the patients show a degree of semi - intensive dependence, 13.91 percent intermediate, 6.96 percent minimum, and only 2.17 percent intensive, 97.8 percent of the patients Patients presented risk II and 2.2% risk III, there is a relationship Was statistically significant between the degree of dependence and the presence of surgical risk p <0.0000.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional se realizó en la en la Unidad de Recuperación Post anestésica del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray entre los meses de agosto – diciembre 2016, la muestra estuvo constituida por 230 pacientes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión para el recojo de la información se utilizaron dos instrumentos: Sistema de clasificación de pacientes Instrumento elaborado por Perroca y Gaidzinski, (1998) y la clasificación de la American Society of Anesthesiologists (clasificación ASA), para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba estadística de independencia de criterios chi cuadrado llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: El 76.96 por ciento de los pacientes muestran un grado de dependencia semi - intensivo el 13.91 por ciento intermedios, el 6.96 por ciento mínimos, y solo el 2.17 por ciento intensivo, el 97.8 por ciento de los pacientes presentaron riesgo II y el 2.2 por ciento riesgo III, existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el grado de dependencia y la presencia de riesgo quirúrgico p<0.0000.es_PE
