Satisfacción percibida del cuidado de enfermería y depresión en pacientes geriátricos de Laredo

| dc.description | The present quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional investigation was conducted in the District Hospital of Laredo - Trujillo province, in 2018; in order to determine the relationship between the perceived satisfaction of nursing care and depression in geriatric patients in Laredo. The sample consisted of 65 geriatric patients. The following instruments were used to collect data: Scale of perceived satisfaction of nursing care and geriatric depression scale. The results obtained are the following: in relation to the levels of the dimensions of the perceived satisfaction of nursing care in geriatric patients, in a higher percentage it is 97 porcent on the average level in the same way, in its dimensions, 92 porcent of the care was taken with care and 99 porcent of the registered geriatric patients in the District Hospital of Laredo had quality care . Within the levels of depression in geriatric patients, they are mostly normal by 49 percent a slight level with 40 porcent and a severe level with 12 porcent of the geriatric patients registered in the District Hospital of Laredo. It was found that there is no significant relationship between the dimension of quality care of the satisfaction of nursing care perceived with the levels of depression in geriatric patients in Laredo, there is no significant relationship between the dimension of quality care of the perceived satisfaction of the Nursing care with depression levels in geriatric patients in Laredo | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva, correlacional y de corte transversal, se realizó en el Hospital Distrital de Laredo - provincia de Trujillo, durante el 2018; con la finalidad de determinar la relación que existe entre la satisfacción percibida del cuidado de enfermería con la depresión en pacientes geriátricos de Laredo. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: Escala de satisfacción percibida del cuidado de enfermería y escala de depresión geriátrica. Los resultados obtenidos son los siguientes: en relación a los niveles de las dimensiones de la satisfacción percibida del cuidado de enfermería en pacientes geriátricos, en mayor porcentaje se encuentra en el nivel medio en un 97 por ciento del mismo modo en sus dimensiones cuidados con calidez en un 92 por ciento y cuidados con calidad en un 99 por ciento de los pacientes geriátricos registrados en el Hospital Distrital de Laredo. Dentro de los niveles de depresión en los pacientes geriátricos, en su mayoría se encuentran normal en un 49 por ciento, un nivel leve con un 40% y un nivel severo con un 12 por ciento de los pacientes geriátricos registrados en el Hospital Distrital de Laredo. Se comprobó que no existe relación significativa entre la dimensión de cuidados de calidad de la satisfacción percibida del cuidado de enfermería con los niveles de depresión en pacientes geriatricos de Laredo así mismo no existe relación significativa entre la dimensión de cuidados de calidad de la satisfacción percibida del cuidado de enfermería con los niveles de depresión en pacientes geriatricos de Laredo. | es_PE |
