dc.descriptionThe problem of this research is related to the way Human Resource Management will contribute to the Economic and Financial Situation of the Pacific Service Station S.R.L. which is located in the district of Trujillo by the year 2017. The general objective is referred to the determination precisely of the way in which the Human Resource Management will contribute with the Economic and Financial situation of the company Servicio de Servicio Pacifico S.R.L. of the place and year indicated. As regards the study material, the population is the company Servicio de Pacifico S.R.L. and the sample is constituted by the Human Resource that composes the 19 workers that the company has; As for the method, the Inductive-deductive method was applied; in the techniques and data collection instruments, the interview, survey and documentary analysis were used; with its respective interview guide, survey questionnaire and economic and financial information, the design is nonexperimental and is non-experimental and cross-sectional. The main result is having determined that the Human Resource Management contributes favorably to the economic and financial situation of the company under study, particularly in profit, income from sales, cash and cash equivalents, trade accounts receivable (Net ). The main conclusion is to have verified the favorable relation of the Human Resource Management contributing to the Economic and Financial situation of the company Pacific Service Station S.R.L.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa problemática de la presente investigación está referida a de qué manera la Gestión del Recurso Humano contribuirá con la Situación Económica y Financiera de la empresa Estación de Servicio Pacifico S.R.L. que está ubicada en el distrito de Trujillo por el año 2017. El objetivo general está referido a la determinación justamente de la manera en que la Gestión del Recurso Humano va a contribuir con la situación Económica y Financiera de la empresa Estación de Servicio Pacifico S.R.L. del lugar y año indicado. En cuanto al material de estudio la población la constituye la empresa Estación de Servicio Pacifico S.R.L. y la muestra está constituida por el Recurso Humano que lo componen los 19 trabajadores que tiene la empresa; en cuanto al método se aplicó el método Inductivodeductivo, en las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos se usó la entrevista, encuesta y análisis documentario; con su respectiva guía de entrevista, cuestionario de encuesta e información económica y financiera, el diseño es no experimental y de corte transversal . El principal resultado es haber determinado que la Gestión del Recurso Humano contribuye favorablemente con la situación Económica y financiera de la empresa en estudio, particularmente en la utilidad, los ingresos por ventas, el efectivo y equivalente de efectivo. La conclusión principal es haber comprobado la relación favorable de la Gestión del Recurso Humano contribuyendo con la situación Económica y Financiera de la empresa Estación de Servicio Pacifico S.R.L.es_PE
