Abstract
El propósito de esta investigación fue analizar los factores sociales que influyen en la deficiente participación de los usuarios del Centro del Adulto Mayor EsSalud -Trujillo en el año 2013. La metodología que se desarrolló en el presente trabajo de investigación fue en base a “trabajo de campo”, es decir, a los procedimientos ejecutados en el lugar de estudio Centro del Adulto Mayor EsSalud - Trujillo, dentro de las etapas de recolección de datos que constituyó etapas esencialmente etnográfica o descriptiva y a la vez, etnológica o analítica. La muestra se obtuvo de acuerdo a la población total de usuarios de dicha institución, como selección se entrevistó a 45 usuarios a los que más asisten y participan en el Centro del adulto mayor. En esta investigación se demuestra de cómo los factores sociales que influyen en la deficiente participación de los usuarios del Centro del Adulto Mayor EsSalud -Trujillo y que son las inadecuadas relaciones interpersonales y el bajo nivel de comunicación para el trabajo en equipo, los cuales limitan el adecuado funcionamiento en la organización y en el bienestar personal y social de los usuarios.

The intention of this investigation was to analyze the social factors that influence the deficient participation of the users of the Center of the Major Adult EsSalud-Trujillo the year 2013. The methodology that developed in the present work of investigation went on the basis of "fieldwork", that is to say, to the procedures executed in the place of study Center of the Major Adult EsSalud Trujillo, inside the stages of compilation of information that constituted stages essentially ethnographic or descriptively and simultaneously, ethnological or analytical. The sample was obtained of I remind the total population of users of the above mentioned institution, since selection met to 45 users to whom more they attend and take part in the Center of the major adult. In this investigation it is demonstrated of how the social factors that influence the deficient participation of the users of the Center of the Major Adult EsSalud- Trujillo and that are the inadequate interpersonal relations and the low level of communication for the teamwork, which limit the suitable functioning in the organization and in the personal and social well-being of the users.
