| dc.description | This research work is quantitative, cross and correlational Design Association causal., was carried out with the sole purpose of determining the influence of the lifestyles of women in fertile age in the occupational hazard in an agro-industrial company of La Libertad, the sample was formed by 102 women (aged 19 to 49) of different areas of the company with a predominance of age. A questionnaire was used in the development of the research work, likewise direct observation for the application of the instruments; 3 were instruments for the collection of data between open and closed to measure questions the reliability of the instrument was obtained for the total scale a Cronbach's alpha of 0.794 reliability index, which indicates that the scale for measuring the lifestyle is reliable. It can be seen that a majority of women have no healthy lifestyle (62.7 percent) in an agro-industrial company of La Libertad. A tendency to present events with a level of trivial occupational hazard (38.2 percent) mostly in women of childbearing age. A highly significant influence of the dimensions of the styles of life in the occupational hazard in women of childbearing age. Also shows that the five dimensions independent and with higher degree of relationship with the risks explained 94.9 percent of the variability in the level of occupational risk. Shown that the marital predominates mostly as free union (29.4 percent) as the female housekeeper a (40.2 percent) receiving their income between 100- 599 soles with a (49 percent) and then secondary primary education (33.3 percent) with religion who profess the Catholic (57.8 percent). | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación es cuantitativo, de corte transversal y diseño correlacional de asociación causal, se realizó con el único objetivo de determinar la influencia de los estilos de vida de mujeres en edad fértil en el riesgo laboral en una empresa agroindustrial de La Libertad, la muestra estuvo conformada por 102 mujeres (entre 19 a 49 años) de diferentes áreas de la empresa con predominio de ser mayor de edad. En el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación se utilizó un cuestionario, así mismo la observación directa para la aplicación de los instrumentos; se aplicaron 3 instrumentos para la recolección de datos entre preguntas abiertas y cerradas para medir la confiabilidad del instrumento se obtuvo para la escala total un índice de confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de 0.794, lo cual indica que la escala para medir el Estilo de Vida es confiable. Se aprecia que una mayoría de mujeres tienen estilo de vida no saludable (62.7 por ciento) en una empresa agroindustrial de La Libertad. Una tendencia a presentarse mayormente eventos con un nivel de riesgo laboral trivial (38,2 por ciento) en mujeres en edad fértil. Una influencia altamente significativa de las dimensiones de los Estilos de Vida en el Riesgo Laboral en mujeres en edad fértil. Asimismo se observa que las cinco dimensiones independientes y con mayor grado de relación con los riesgos laborales explican un 94,9 por ciento de la variabilidad en el nivel del riesgo laboral. Se aprecia que predomina el estado civil mayormente como unión libre (29.4 por ciento) siendo la mujer ama de casa un (40.2 por ciento) percibiendo su ingreso económico entre 100 - 599 soles con un (49 por ciento) y de nivel de instrucción primaria seguidamente secundaria (33.3 por ciento) con la religión que profesan el católico (57.8 por ciento). | es_PE |
