dc.descriptionABSTRACT The present investigation was developed in order to determine the incidence of the operational plan on the occupancy of the Hotel Villa Real de Chiclayo 2015-2016. The type of study is non-experimental, the study design is of a single cell and the applied research methods were inductive-deductive and analytical. The sample consisted of 06 employees who work in the hotel and 60 clients who stayed. A reliable and validated questionnaire to collect field information has been used as instruments; the data obtained were processed through the statistical software. The results are presented in tables and statistical figures, determining that the operative plan affects the employability of the Villa Real hotel, improving the income. According to CALTUR (Tourism Quality of Peru), he mentions that in recent years, Peru has become a great tourist destination and is a scenario where consumers are increasingly demanding and competition is increasing at an accelerated rate, because of this , companies are optimizing their management systems and quality of the services they provide, whose general objective is to generate a national movement towards quality, a position of international leadership of Peru in the field of quality in tourism. It is concluded that with the proposal of the operative plan in the Hotel Villa Real it is tried to prioritize the quality of the service, implementing a system of management of the quality, in order to obtain a high index of effectiveness in the processes and optimization of the costs in all hotel services. It is recommended that the Hotel Villa Real must apply the proposed operating plan, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the service.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de determinar la incidencia del plan operativo en la ocupabilidad del Hotel Villa Real de Chiclayo 2015-2016. El tipo de estudio es el no experimental, el diseño de estudio es de una sola casilla y los métodos de investigación aplicados fue el inductivo - deductivo y analítico. La muestra estuvo conformada por 06 empleados que trabajan en el hotel y 60 clientes que se hospedaron. Se ha utilizado como instrumentos un cuestionario confiable y validado para recolectar la información de campo; los datos obtenidos fueron procesados a través del software de estadística. Los resultados son presentados en tablas y figuras estadísticas determinándose que el plan operativo incide en la ocupabilidad del hotel Villa Real mejorando los ingresos. Según CALTUR (Calidad turística del Perú), menciona que en los últimos años, Perú, se ha convertido en un gran destino turístico y es escenario donde los consumidores cada vez son más exigentes y la competencia va aumentando a un ritmo acelerado, causa de esto, las empresas están optimizando sus sistemas de gestión y calidad de los servicios que brindan, cuyo objetivo general es generar un movimiento nacional hacia la calidad, una posición de liderazgo internacional del Perú en el ámbito de calidad en turismo. Se concluye que con la propuesta del plan operativo en el Hotel Villa Real se pretende priorizar la calidad del servicio, implementando un sistema de gestión de la calidad, a fin de lograr un alto índice de efectividad en los procesos y optimización de los costos en todos los servicios del hotel. Se recomienda que el Hotel Villa Real debe aplicar la propuesta del plan operativo, con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia y calidad del servicio.es_PE
