dc.descriptionABSTRACT This research had as main purpose identify as influences educational program in values to improve self-esteem and academic performance in students of 4th grade primary education no. 01055 - new Eden - institution Moyobamba 2016. For this reason we consider important the development of this work; because it contributes to improve self-esteem in students, also was a descriptive study, I use a quasi-experimental design, the sample size was formed by 12 primary of fourth grade primary school students. The results were processed and recorded in an elaborate data base in the worksheet of the IBM Statistics SPSS 24 student's T was used to demonstrate the influence of the educational program and the level of significance of the educational program in values. He had as main findings 5 students who do not demonstrate sensitivity by else representing 41% 17% does not show skills... ability of cooperation by others, 17% are not feeling well relate to other groups, 17% do not sample positive social attitudes and 8% do not feel valued by others was obtained the following conclusions, 100% of pupils achieving a self-esteem high after the implementation of the educational program through the test pos. 33% of the students managed to overcome the fear of risks after the implementation of the educational program through the test pos. In the sense dimension of relevance 41% do not show sensitivity for the rest, however, in the post test improved 25%, in the dimension of relevance 8.3 showed positive attitudes, this was accomplished through of educational sessions them of the program, in the dimension 41% of students motivation do not feel motivated to undertake pre- test solutions.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo como propósito principal determinar la influencia de la aplicación de un programa educativo en valores en la autoestima en estudiantes del 4° grado de primaria de la Institución Educativa Nº 01055 – Nuevo Edén – Moyobamba 2016, la investigación fue pre experimental, y la muestra la constituyeron 12 alumnos de cuarto grado de primaria. Los resultados fueron procesados y se registraron en una base de datos elaborada en la hoja de cálculo del programa IBM Statistics SPSS 24, se utilizó la T de student para medir la influencia del programa educativo y el nivel de significancia del programa educativo en valores. Los resultados principales, fueron: el 41% de los estudiantes no demuestran sensibilidad por los demás; el 17% no demuestra habilidad de cooperación con los demás; el 17% no se siente bien al relacionarse con los demás grupos; el 17% no de muestra actitudes sociales positivas, y el 8% no se siente valorado por los demás. Los resultados señalados permiten concluir que el 100% de alumnos logró una autoestima normal después de la aplicación del programa educativo; el 33% de los alumnos logró superar el temor a riesgos después de la aplicación del programa educativo; en la dimensión sentido de pertinencia, el 41% no demuestran sensibilidad por lo demás; sin embargo, en los pos test mejorò el 25% en dicha dimensión y el 8.3% demostró actitudes positivas. Esto se logró a través de las sesiones educativas del programa; y por último, en la dimensión de la motivación el 41% de alumnos no se sienten motivados en emprender soluciones.es_PE
