dc.descriptionABSTRACT In the present study, an agricultural project management model was designed based on the PMBOK methodology of the (PMI) Project Management Institute; Since it is identified to identify the main shortcomings in the administration of these projects, although it does not have a large portfolio, several projects must be controlled and controlled automatically with different characteristics of the nature of the crop, for the development of this work, the search for information and analysis of references, theoretical and practical bibliographies on administration and control of projects based on the PMBOK methodology of the PMI was carried out, to then define the processes and mechanisms of quality control and assurance. and identify the resources (economic, human, etc.) required for each project; immediately the timelines and the scope of all the projects were analyzed, the means or distribution channels of the information related to the projects within the organization were defined and the risks and management processes of each project will be analyzed and finally a structure will be defined standard for management and control for projects under development. This study was developed as a non-experimental design research of applied type. It is estimated that, with the development of this proposal, it will be possible to generate and have effective and timely information for management decision making to achieve the objectives of each agricultural project, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of investors with answers efficient and timely and optimize the management of projects.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN En el presente estudio se diseñó un modelo de gestión de proyectos agrícolas basado en la metodología del PMBOK del (PMI) Project Management Institute; ya que se logró identificar las principales falencias en la administración de dichos proyectos, aunque no posee una amplia cartera, se debe administrar y controlar varios proyectos simultáneamente de diferentes características propias de la naturaleza del cultivo. para el desarrollo del presente trabajo, se realizó la búsqueda de información y análisis de referencias bibliografías teóricas y prácticas sobre administración y control de proyectos basadas en la metodología del PMBOK del PMI, para luego definir los procesos y mecanismos de control y aseguramiento de la calidad e identificar los recursos (económicos, humanos, etc.) requeridos para cada proyecto; inmediatamente se analizaron los cronogramas y el alcance de todos los proyectos, se definieron los medios o canales de distribución de la información relacionada con los proyectos dentro de la organización y se analizarán los riesgos y procesos de gestión de cada proyecto y finalmente se definirá una estructura estándar para la gestión y control para los proyectos en desarrollo. Este estudio fue desarrollado como una investigación con diseño no experimental de tipo aplicada. Se estima que, con la elaboración de la presente propuesta, se logre poder generar y disponer de información efectiva y oportuna para la toma de decisiones gerencial para lograr los objetivos de cada proyecto agrícola, con la finalidad de garantizar la satisfacción de los inversionistas con respuestas eficientes y oportunas y optimizar la gestión de los proyectos.es_PE
