dc.descriptionThis research work aimed to determine the level of quality of service of the educational laboratory "Huellitas of love" at the National University of Trujillo, through an assessment drawn by dividing the variable into four dimensions: the process of care, skills, infrastructure and participation family. We used the qualitative descriptive method, which applied a form, ready-prepared, where the variable would take bad, regular, good and very good values. After the collection of laboratory information, the data were tabulated and analyzed; population showed a level of quality from good to very good; finding in its dimensions to the process with a tendency of REGULAR to good, professional capacity is good to very good, infrastructure is good and the family involvement is very good.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad determinar el nivel de calidad de atención del laboratorio pedagógico “Huellitas de amor” de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, a través de una evaluación exhausta dividiendo a la variable en cuatro dimensiones: proceso de atención, capacidad profesional, infraestructura y participación familiar. Se utilizó el método descriptivo cualitativo, para lo cual se aplicó un formulario, previamente elaborado, donde la variable tomaría valores de malo, regular, bueno y muy bueno. Luego de la recolección de información del laboratorio, los datos fueron tabulados y analizados; la población mostró un nivel de calidad de BUENO a MUY BUENO; encontrando en sus dimensiones al proceso de atención con una tendencia de REGULAR a BUENO, la capacidad profesional es BUENA a MUY BUENA, en infraestructura es BUENA y la participación familiar es MUY BUENA.es_PE
