| dc.description | This research descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional was conducted during the months of August to October 2016 in the service of CRED the Regional Hospital of Trujillo; with the final to determine the relationship between maternal factors and early stimulation practices in infants with a history of prematurity. The sample is 146 mothers. Two instruments were used for data collection: Test to determine maternal and Test factors on early stimulation practices developed by (Alvarado, 2013). The results are presented in tables single and double numeric input frequency / percentage and statistical graphs. The information was processed and tabulated statistically using the chi-square test (x²) .CONCLUSIONS: Maternal factors, 54 percent are adult, 47 percent have higher education, 42 percent is peripheral, in Occupation 57 percent work, and 57 percent are cohabiting. Early stimulation practices, 28 percent were inadequate, moderately suitable andappropriate 55 percent and 17 percent adequate. With regard to the relationship, only the factors maternal level of education, occupation and marital status have significant association with early stimulation. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación de tipo descriptivo, correlacional y de corte transversal, se realizó durante los meses de Agosto - Octubre 2016 en el consultorio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre los factores maternos y las prácticas de estimulación temprana en lactantes menores con antecedentes de prematuridad; la muestra estuvo conformada por 146 madres a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos: Test para determinar los factores maternos y Test sobre prácticas de estimulación temprana desarrollado por (Alvarado, 2013). Los resultados son presentados en cuadros de simple y doble entrada con frecuencia numéricas/porcentuales y en gráficos estadísticos. La información fue procesada y tabulada estadísticamente mediante la prueba de chi cuadrado (x²).Los resultados mostraron en los factores maternos, que el 54 por ciento son adultas jóvenes, el 47 por ciento tienen Educación Superior, el 42 por ciento es periférica, en Ocupación el 57 por ciento trabaja, 57 por ciento son convivientes. Las prácticas de estimulación temprana, el 28 por ciento eran inadecuadas, medianamente adecuadas 55 por ciento y adecuadas 17 por ciento. Con respecto a la relación, solo los factores maternos grado de instrucción, ocupación y estado civil tienen relación significativa con la estimulación temprana. | es_PE |
