dc.descriptionThe main objective of the research was to analyze the unit costs of the mining cycle and mineral valuations to determine the profitability of the SECOMINER SAC mining company in ALGAMARCA. The research employed a non-experimental, applied descriptive methodology. A documentary analysis was conducted for data collection, and a quality control was carried out to test the hypothesis, with a significance level lower than 5%, using a critical value of 7.71 and an F-statistic of 8668.50. The results revealed the identification and characterization of the mining cycle in artisanal mining, where the total drilling time was 53 minutes, total blasting time was 75 minutes, a 5 Hp fan and 18-inch ventilation sleeves were used for ventilation, U-35 mining carts and a 250 Moto-carrier were used for loading and hauling, and wood was used for support with 3 and 4-inch advance props. The unit costs of the drilling, blasting, ventilation, loading, hauling, and support cycles were analyzed and determined, amounting to S/. 566.6, S/. 653.32, S/. 2190.96, S/. 318.55, S/. 974.74, and S/. 516.75 respectively. Additionally, the mineral sales valuations were recorded for the months of October to December 2022, totaling US$ 320,585.10 for October, US$ 322,560.72 in November, and US$ 327,417.12 in December. The profitability of the mining company was also determined for the months of October to December 2022, with a profitability of S/. 1,053,169.01 in October, S/. 1,060,656.61 in November, and S/. 1,079,062.36 in December. In conclusion, a total profitability of S/. 3,192,887.98 was generated during the months of October to December 2022.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de la investigación fue analizar los costos unitarios del ciclo de minado y valorizaciones de mineral para determinar la rentabilidad de minera SECOMINER SAC en ALGAMARCA. La investigación empleó una metodología no experimental de tipo aplicativo, utilizando un enfoque descriptivo. Para la recolección de datos se realizó un análisis documental, y se llevó a cabo un control de calidad para poner a prueba la hipótesis, con un nivel de significancia menor al 5%, utilizando un valor crítico de 7.71 y un estadístico F de 8668.50. Los resultados revelaron la identificación y caracterización del ciclo de minado en la minería artesanal, en donde el tiempo total de perforación fue de 53 minutos, el tiempo total de voladura fue 75 minutos, en ventilación se utilizó ventilador de 5 Hp y mangas de ventilación de 18 pulgadas, en carguío y acarreo se utilizaron carros mineros U-35 y Moto carguera 250, para sostenimiento se utiliza madera en las labores en donde el puntal de avance fue de 3 y 4 pulgadas. Se analizó y determino los costos unitarios del ciclo de minado de perforación, voladura, ventilación, carguío, acarreo y sostenimiento la cual fueron S/. 566.6, S/. 653.32, S/. 2190.96, S/. 318.55, S/. 974.74 y S/. 516.75 respectivamente. Asimismo, se registró las valorizaciones de venta de mineral en los meses de octubre a diciembre de 2022, la cual fue US$ 320585.10 para octubre, US$ 322560.72 en noviembre y US$ 327417.12 en diciembre. También, se determinó la rentabilidad de la empresa minera en los meses de octubre a diciembre de 2022, en donde en octubre se tuvo una rentabilidad de S/. 1053169.01, en noviembre fue S/. 1060656.61 y en diciembre fue S/. 1079062.36. En conclusión, durante los meses de octubre a diciembre de 2022 se generó una rentabilidad total de S/. 3,192,887.98.es_PE
