| dc.description | This descriptive qualitative study, performed in the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital in the Medical Services A, B and C, during the month of February 2010, which is carried out to describe and understand the care of spiritual needs from the perspective of the patient with terminal illness. For data collection 8 subjects were considered participants to reach the saturation of the speeches. According to the results of that investigation, to make the conceptual approach, the patient with terminal disease states that during the care, the nursing staff passes on different feelings and attitudes, which were grouped into three categories: Spirituality in the Practice of Nursing Care resonances and dissonances Care. Found in these categories several sub categories, the most outstanding love, kindness, hope and faith. However, the patient experiencing a terminal illness goes through moments of pain and suffering both physically and spiritually and it is now that needs to be comforted through nursing care, which should include spaces for communication, forgiveness, hope and confidence the patient. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, ejecutado en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, en los Servicios de Medicina A, B y C, durante el mes de Febrero del 2010; se realizó con el objetivo de describir y comprender el cuidado de las necesidades espirituales desde las perspectiva del paciente con enfermedad terminal. Para la recolección de datos se consideró a 8 sujetos participantes hasta llegar a la saturación de los discursos. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en dicha investigación, al realizar la aproximación conceptual, el paciente con enfermedad terminal manifiesta que durante el cuidado que recibe, el personal de Enfermería le trasmite diversos sentimientos y actitudes, las cuales fueron agrupadas en tres categorías: La Espiritualidad en la Práctica del Cuidado de Enfermería, Resonancias del Cuidado y Disonancias del Cuidado. Encontrando dentro de estas categorías diversas sub categorías, siendo los más resaltantes el amor, la amabilidad, la esperanza y la fe. No obstante el paciente que experimenta una enfermedad terminal atraviesa por momentos de dolor y sufrimiento tanto físico como espiritual y es en estos momentos que necesita ser reconfortado a través del cuidado de Enfermería, el cual debe comprender espacios para la comunicación, perdón, esperanza y confianza al paciente. | es_PE |
