| dc.description.abstract | Con el tiempo los profesionales de enfermería han asumido la importancia de velar responsablemente por la integridad del cuidado en las diferentes dimensiones del ser humano, de manera especial en la parte espiritual. El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray en la Unidad de Hemodiálisis con el propósito de describir y analizar el cuidado de enfermería en la dimensión espiritual al adulto mayor hemodializado. El estudio es de tipo cualitativo, diseño descriptivo exploratorio, tuvo como soporte teórico – filosófico a Boff (2002) y Waldow (2008); la muestra estuvo conformada por 7 enfermeras y 6 pacientes adultos mayores que reciben tratamiento hemodialítico, cuyo número fue determinado por criterio de saturación; se utilizó la entrevista semiestructurada así como el análisis temático correspondiente, los discursos fueron transcritos textualmente utilizando la técnica EMIC-ETIC enfocándolos a nuestro problema de investigación. Tras analizar cada discurso emergieron las siguientes categorías: 1) el cuidado espiritual y su relación con la religiosidad, 2) el proceso de cuidar la relación con uno mismo y con los demás: una relación de ayuda para trascender como persona, 3) factores que limitan el cuidado en la dimensión espiritual: necesidad de capacitación para desarrollar la dimensión espiritual y sobrecarga con rutinización en el trabajo. Se permitió reflexionar sobre los significados a los cuales el paciente hemodializado le atribuye al cuidado espiritual que recibe por parte del personal de enfermería, atribuyéndolo a la parte religiosa, creencia de un ser superior, interacción con calidez, confianza y esperanza que reciben de la enfermera como parte fundamental de su accionar, lo cual se ve reflejado en la atención que reciben sin olvidar la parte procedimental que ayuda en su tratamiento pero los cuales se tornan difÍciles de abordar debido a la sobrecarga de trabajo, rutinizando su quehacer diario | |
| dc.description.abstract | was carried out at the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital in the Hemodialysis Unit with the purpose of describing and analyzing nursing care in the spiritual dimension to the hemodialysis elderly, this qualitative study, descriptive design exploratory and had as theoretical-philosophical support Boff (2002) and Waldow (2008); the sample consisted of 7 nurses and 6 elderly patients receiving hemodialysis treatment, whose number was determined by saturation criteria; the semi-structured interview and the corresponding thematic analysis were used, the speeches were transcribed verbatim using the EMIC-ETIC technique, focusing them on our research problem. After analyzing each discourse, the following categories emerged: 1) spiritual care and its relationship with religiosity, 2) the process of caring for the relationship with oneself and with others: a helping relationship to transcend as a person and 3) factors that limit care in the spiritual dimension: need for training to develop the spiritual dimension and overload and routinization at work.
