dc.descriptionTelefonica of Peru S.A.A has among it areas with the area of vehicle control tower which is responsible for monitoring and managing the daily activities of its fleet of vehicles and employees. This does not have a system of Web Information or mobile App that allows systematize and organize the flow of information from its various operations, for that reason the need arises to develop the Mobile Web system and in order to optimize processes that come doing. In the present study, it was used a general design of the research of kind Quasi-experimental (Pre- Test and Post - Test), because for the study although they will manipulate the variables deliberately, we have some established patterns we have to follow, i.e. that at least manipulate the independent variable to see its effect on the dependent variable. To prepare the system and compliance with the targets were use as Scrum agile methodology of development Scrum. In addition various technologies as Asp.net, design patterns (MVC) as database manager SQL Server 2012, platform Windows Server 2012, Android, Ajax and Jquery. Thus it was concluded that with the implementation of the new system is generated an better performance in the work of Vehicle Control Tower area as to the realization of its processes of automatic form.es_ES
dc.description.abstractTelefónica del Perú S.A.A cuenta entre sus áreas con el área de torre de control vehicular la cual se encarga de monitorear y gestionar las actividades diarias de su flota de vehículos y trabajadores. Esta no cuentan con un sistema de Información Web o App móvil que permita sistematizar y organizar el flujo de información de sus distintas operaciones, es por ello que surge la necesidad de desarrollar el sistema Web y Móvil con el fin de optimizar los procesos que se vienen realizando. En el presente estudio se utilizó un diseño general de la investigación de tipo Cuasi experimental (Pre – Test y Post - Test), porque para el estudio si bien se van a manipular las variables deliberadamente, tenemos algunos patrones ya establecidos que tenemos que seguir, es decir que se manipulara por lo menos la variable independiente para ver su efecto sobre la variable dependiente. Para la elaboración del sistema y el cumplimiento de los objetivos se utilizó como metodología ágil de desarrollo Scrum. Adicionalmente diversas tecnologías como Asp.net, patrones de diseño (MVC), como manejador de base de datos SQL Server 2012, plataforma de Servidor Windows Server 2012, Android, Ajax y Jquery. De esta manera se pudo concluir que con la implantación del nuevo sistema se genera un mejor desempeño en las labores del área Torre de Control Vehicular en cuanto a la realización de sus procesos de forma automática.es_ES
